This game is useful for teaching ESL Young Learners and Beginners. By this activity Students can practice words related to jobs, places, transportation and daily routines.

This listening/speaking activity will teach students about prepositions of place and movement. It may also serve to teach imperatives. This activity will work best with pre-intermediate level of students.

I used this video/audio file to teach my 9 years old niece and her 8 years old friend English prepositions of places. The interesting thing was that I didn't tell them that they were going to learn prepositions . I just played the video clip and went away letting them watch and enjoy it. After watching the video clip several times, I noticed that they were learning prepositions by discussing the video clip and translating prepositions into Armenian language. Hence, I found this video clip to be very useful for teaching prepositions to children in an entertaining way.

A game to practice food vocabulary (fruit, vegetables, drinks, meat, desserts...). Students should find foods indicated by chief's list on the side by click on them in a kitchen. I piloted this game with a 12 years-old neighbor of mine, who studies English at elementary level. He was pretty much engaged in the game. Though the food list at side is restricted, foods in the kitchen are not. This makes students to look around to find the food indicated rather than simply choose from a limited set of choices. As there are other food items as well, it also provides an opportunity to teach new food vocab. When the list is done for the 1st time, playing the game again allows to practice new items and a new list is provided. It's definitely more interactive than usual paper-based activities. In case of using it in a class, the teacher can also add some speaking tasks for group work.

Oh Addeh jan I liked the game which was about "preposition of place". reaaly it was very interesting and easy to remember the places of the objects playing this game.

I have tried to teach my private student the prepositions of place.My student was 9 and she learned them easily because she could see them on slides. Ss should arrange the decorations. This game is appropriate for high intermediate level. Through this game the ss develop their vocabulary, reading skills, ss learn prepostions of places and at last they enjoy decorating the room with Christmas decorations.

This game is designed for beginners as they can learn the names of animals also practice spelling.I piloted this game with my students after passing the names of animals. The effect was great.

This is a great place to learn / revise the vocabulary related to jobs and the difference between the present simple and the present continuous with the help of an interactive book. I have tried this with 2 intermediate level students and it was highly effective.It enhances all 4 skills.

This colorful and interesting site is a suitable place for kids of pre-school and also bigger kids to implement their creativity in making stories. Games of this site are focused on words. Relevant pictures along with their pronunciation are served in an easy and fun way which enhances the learning process. I tried this site with my 5 years old daughter and she asked me to play its games over and over. Also she made a story (by my little manipulation) and she felt the joy of being a creative story maker.

The music option of this site is really interesting for my 5 years old daughter although she can't understand many dialogs. Suitable interaction between software and kids make them motivated and enable the kids to keep learning in an imaginary fun world. It's one of the most user friendly software I have ever used for kids. Listen to a story is another option which can be used for elementary level students to enhance their listening skill.

This activity teaches the name of some vegetables. Below the pictures are given the names of the vegetables and the students have to put the names in their corresponding places. All the pictures are colorless which gives the students the opportunity to color them. So, the teacher can either revise the colors or to introduce them to the students. I gave this activity to my own students and they did it with pleasure. They already knew the colors, so that was only revision for them.
