I think that YouTube has changed the world, for better or worse. I know when I am having trouble with a set of directions, I look for a video on youtube. Recently, it was my daughter's violin that wouldn't tune. I had no clue what it should sound like, but thanks to YouTube I had it fixed in under 10 minutes. Thanks, YouTube! This source would make a great reference to those looking to introduce the concept of a flipped classroom. I find the concept of a flipped classroom to be perplexing. Personally, I work in a district with a high poverty level. Students don't always have access to the materials needed to implement such a concept. Any resource to help the ground running or help you work out the kinks is worth the time to read it.

I think that this OER is interesting. In a collaborative effort with the Chemistry department, these idea could be put into place. Often times, students are only able to read about dangerous chemicals to their danger factor of having them in schools. By sharing this reality app with the teachers in the Chemistry department, we could bring new experiences to the students. I'm excited to try this one out!
