Pinterest is a great site to help create lesson plans. It offers lessons plans for all grade levels and all subjects. I will utilize pinterest when I am stumped on creating a fun and engaging lesson plan.
This is a great teacher sharing websites. It is full of lesson ideas and plans that can be used in the classroom. This website is for k-5 grades. It also has free webinars about current events in the education field. I will use it to get lesson ideas and stay current on changes in the education field.
Social Studies: I chose this website because it has great social studies lesson plans. These lesson plans are complete with standards, adaptations, discussion questions, helpful links, etc. The website is also very easy to navigate as well. I would use this in my class if I needed help thinking of a lesson for social studies. There lesson plans range in groups from K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. They also cover many different decades and important people in history.
This website offers a lot of cool technology lessons for teachers that were also created by teachers. Since they were created by teachers, it is very likely that they have been tested and work pretty well. This would be a great place to look for lesson plan ideas.

I would particularly use this for ideas about teaching the early times of the United States. It has great lesson plans and students resources- it breaks difficult topics down into easy to understand key events!

This website makes lesson planning so easy. It is a detailed schedule of what needs to be taught when and it can printed off or emailed to the principal so he can look it over. this is user-friendly, and I will certainly have to look into using this when I start teaching.

I think this website is something that teachers should really take advantage of because there are a lot of things they can learn just from other teachers.
This website is very helpful. It provides lessons and activity ideas for all types of subjects and grade levels. I would use this to help plan for activities or ideas for what I want to cover for a specific unit. I can see how it would be helpful now, while still in school for assignments.
