For example, you can look up earth system, then click on dessert, and there will be information and a video on desserts. It could definitely be used in the classrooms to assist a teacher with an visual aid. More and more students are visual learners and need to see the learning material.

Other This website is made to help out new teachers in the schools. It includes how to deal with veteran teachers, principals, and parents. Each situation goes further in depth to help new teachers. This website could be helpful to myself because if I have any questions, I can relate to this website for further help.

From sticky notes to blogs, to blogs to chat rooms; this website has so many options that we can use as collaboration tools. This can be used to find blogs or chat rooms if I am doing a lesson on a book that requires student responding to each other.

Teachers can use this website to find lesson plans or get into a heated educational topic. Also, than can use it for marketable purposes. They can find jobs and post items from the classroom online to sell.

These things are designed for grades K-6th. I could very well use this website to find resources or strategies because I am planning on teaching elementary school.

Collaborative tools This website is a social media website for teachers to talk and share. In the blog section, i found a blog that included 100 web tools that are free for elementary level teachers. He included search engines, different google apps, and all of the main subjects. This can be used to find tools to help students in a specific area. Also, it contains the google apps which can greatly improve in the classroom.

Lesson Plan Website I chose this lesson plan website because it is the main lesson plan website used by teachers. It states that there is over 400,000 instructional plans and worksheets. These were reviewed by teachers and easy to access. This website can be very resourceful for myself to find a great lesson plan for my students.

Lesson Plans for different subjects I selected this website because it not only includes lesson plans and unit materials, but practice worksheets and activity cards as well. This website includes useful information on the main subject areas, arts/crafts, and English Language Learners. I chose this lesson plan website because it includes much more information to help out teachers besides lesson plans.

Education Games I chose this website because it has 15 games that can be played in the classroom. Games like, "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, "Jeopardy", and "Word Search" are on the website and can be downloaded by every teacher for easy editing of a particular unit. It was created by the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and definitely easy to download a game format and customize it based on unit. I like this website and will use it often because it takes time out of making a jeopardy PowerPoint, when I can just download the format.

This website focuses more on reading and math, as it has games only for these two subjects and arcade games. I will use this in the class with the younger grade levels.
