After the pros and cons list the websites author went through and dissected all of the cons, in a kind of mocking way. So, the website is pro-flipped classroom. But, I did like the way the information and facts were visually displayed.

He would rather have live classroom lectures, felt as though he wasn't being challenged, and thought that if all classes turn to this that their tuition should be lowered. There were several rebuttals to this blog post in favor of flipped classroom and talking of professors that offered a mixed live and video classroom.

The person narrating this video is talking about the video he made for some of his students to do involving physics. Students took a pretest and then based on their answers were directed to varying videos to explain answers that students got wrong. After students watched the videos they retook the same test. He found that there was no difference; students scored 6/26 both times. The narrator found that using students in the videos helped increase scores on the post-test.

I think this is a great starting place for people seeking to "flip" and feel unsure about how to get started.

I liked this site because it has a forum for teachers to discuss how the flipped classroom is working for them. It is practical and not just informational. I liked this site and felt it was easy to navigate and a helpful resource for anyone using the model.

This is a site dedicated to the flipped classroom method used by Clintondale High School based in the Detroit area. It explains how the flipped classroom is working for this high school. I was impressed by the statistics that the failure rate has reduced by 33% and discipline problems have went down by 66%. This is an interesting resource and has helpful links to the flipped classroom in the media.
