    Last night I read the tails of Emily Windsnap. Emily just found out that she really does have a father and that Mr. Beeston, Emily's mothers so called friend, is mind wiping her mom! Before that she found out that she was a mermaid! I am wondering if Emily will stop mr. Beeston from brain wiping her mom and find her dad. I left off on page 133.

    Last night I read mockingbird, by Kathryn Erskine. It was sort of sad but I like it so far. Caitlin the main character just found out that someone shot her brother,and now she is at the funeral. I hope that she will be happier soon. I am wondering about the dead mockingbird.

    Last night I finished because of mr. Terupt, I will be reading from his point of view. Nothing motionless still Blackness I could not see or hear a thing. Mr. Terupt has gone into a coma and I am describing how he may have felt. I do like him. I think that he seems like a nice guy. He is a teacher.

    Last night I read the star of Kazan. I was sad because Annika's " grandmother"( who was really the bully in towns great aunt, but Annika befriended her.) Died. I am predicting that Annika will get a few priceless jewels! Some good words that the author wrote were: carp and basting.

    Last night I read Emily Windsnap and the siren's secret.I got to the part were Emily met up with Mandy Rushton (witch is not good.) so far Mandy has not been that mean. Some good vocabulary was "Emily flew across the golden sand."

    I just started reading Emily Windsnap today. And I found some text-text things from Philippa Fisher. The Author is the same person and she seems to use the same techniques. For example the characters in both books parents were weird.and both characters were girls.

    Last night I read the sequel to the tail of Emily Windsnap . I found a text to text connection with Lemony Snicket for the writing. I am at the part were Emily almost gets eaten by an octopus!!!!!! She also meets a new character.

    I think that you wanted us to learn about: equivalent fractions ,which here is an example one half is the same as two fourths. Arranging fractions in increasing order,one fifth two fifths three fifths. The last one is looking at ways to make equivalent fractions.

    I read sideway stories by Louis Sacer. What I found interesting was that I never would have thought that I would like that kind of book. It's about 30 children in a class ( some of the are not behaved)

    I finished reading Nancy Drew and the captive witness. It was very sad in the end because it turns out that the bad guy wasn't really bad, he was just trying to feed his wife and children,they died in a car accident. Then he turned into a bad guy. Nancy did recue ten children, and she found a lost cd.

    I read Philippa Fisher's fairy godsister last night and this morning . I am so glad that Philippa and Daisy ( Daisy is Philippa's fairy godmother but Philippa prefers fairy godsister ) finally made up. But it is very bad that Trisha Miles a mean bully at school stole three wishes that Daisy gave to her, if Daisy and Philippa don't get it back by that Tuesday Daisy will die! Can Daisy and Philippa make it?

    Last night I read the star of Kazan. I was happy because she is going to a fun place. I was sad when she found out that her own brother attached fire works to his dog's tail and leg and something went wrong and the fire works lit on fire instead and the dog lost it's tail and leg.

    I am reading Nancy Drew and the captive witness right now. I am At the part were Nancy just found out that the hotel she was planing on staying in is full. What will she do? The words that I had trouble with are: muddle, adequately, doleful and unperturbed.

    I read Nancy Drew and the captive witness. I was wondering why Herr gutterman that's the bad guy in the book I'm reading, didn't kidnap Nancy when he had the perfect chance? The words I had trouble with are : sallow and meticulously.
