    As a consequence of spending so much time online, we now leave traces of our personality everywhere. Our online behaviors are of interest to recruiters and employers, who are desperately trying to translate them into "digital reputations" and use them to find talent online.     Reading about this has given me a new respect for LinkedIn. It seems like it's the new Facebook (in terms of being a media darling). It also made me think about being a "prosumer" and how LinkedIn creates a win-win situation for both recruiters and users.
