This source is an online quiz. I found it helpful in terms of studying and memorizing the different sections of the brain. Of each question there is a diagram of the brain labeled with numbers and the objective is to match the numbers to the corresponding area of the brain. This is different from other sources I have used because the source is an online quiz, not an article. I still learned a lot from it though. This source has helped me to realize that the brain is quite complicated and that it is time consuming to memorize the different parts of the brain. I would recommend this website, it has helped me with so many homework assignments and helped me study for tests. This is the site where students can apply for financial aid. This site is very important if you are trying to pay for college. Hopefully most students will qualify for financial aid. This site will help you to apply but it can only be filled out after January 1st.

This AFS site gives in-depth cultural information about all of the countries that AFS sends students to. I used it to learn about family life, entertainment, and the customs of Peru, where I will be studying abroad next year. I know that this site is reliable, since it is published by AFS, and I know this organization is very well-established and an expert in the field of cultural study. The information is also pretty non-biased, since even though they are trying to convince you, as a student, to study abroad in this country, they also talk honestly about what might be difficult for foreigners. This site was more helpful to me than the other sites I'd used to learn about what life in Peru might be like next year, since it was written with long-term living in mind, instead of tourism or short volunteer trips. And because this site included small details you might not get from reading a guidebook, such as what dating is like and how to greet people, it made me feel as if I was already in the culture, and I could start to imagine, for the first time, what it would be like to actually live there.

This is a site to make-your-own jeopardy games. I have used it to make review materials for the Brain Bee club I am in when I am leader of the day. It does not provide information, but if you write the questions and answers it will format your information into an interactive game that can record points for any number of teams. This site is a little different from others in that it is not necessarily reliable or unreliable because that depends on the information you put in it. It is not a source of information, but a way for you to communicate information you already have. I have found this simple site to be very helpful. I imagined myself doing a boring powerpoint when I was leader of the day, but this site gave me another option. It made sharing my expertise an activity that could involve the whole group in a fun way.
