This is just a list of some great farm-to-table restaurants in the U.S. which I would love to go to some day. Sadly none are in Vermont, but I love how restaurants become so innovative with seasonal and local ingredients, which I feel like every business should strive to achieve.
This cookbook contains many wonderful recipes, as well as commentary on Nepali life and eating culture. It was essential for me upon arriving home from Nepal, as I wanted to cook the foods I had been eating over there but did not having many recipes. It also translates many common ingredient names from Nepali into English, which was very helpful.
