The Chubby Vegetarian - 0 views

  •
I honestly have no idea how I managed to forget posting this blog on here. This blog, by far, is one of my absolute favorites! Not only that, but their cookbook is amazing. The cooking has both modern and traditional aspects, which is great when easing my family into vegetarian and vegan cuisine. I definately suggest this blog to anyone who is thinking about being a vegetarian, but worries about losing some of their favorite foods. Believe me, you won't be!

This is a Vegan blog that I absolutely love. She covers both entrees and desserts, and even has a portion of her blog to fitness and well being. I love blogs that are focused on health over all, and that definately transfers to a lot of her recipes. I strongly suggest trying her sweet potato burger, even if you're not vegetarian or vegan.

C'est La Vegan - 0 views

  •
I just discovered this blog today and have found it very helpful. I'm fascinated by alternative cooking techniques, and how the whole chemistry of food can still work when on a vegan diet. I especially admire her dessert recipes. This blog shows that being a vegan doesn't have to stop you from indulging in yummy treats and comfort foods once in a while!

Coconut and Quinoa - 0 views

I just discovered this blog recently, and I'm already in love. The blogger highlights seasonal vegetables and everything she posts seems to be filled with color and goodness. I'd suggest this to those who are looking to get out of the "norm" of vegetarian eating, because the stuff she makes tends to be not what most people are used to eating. Locavores, organic food market regulars, and foodies rejoice; this is your blog.

I just discovered this blog today, and I can honestly say I'm in love. Angela puts a twist of vegan food because she gets inspiration from cultures all around the world. I grew up on these kinds of foods and love that just because I'm a vegetarian, doesn't mean I have to miss out on the things I love! I'd definitely check it out if you're into healthy eating, vegan or vegetarian diets, or just yummy food from around the world.

This has to be one of my favorite baking sites. I'm so intrigued by the recipes; I've probably looked through them all at least five times by now. If you're looking for something sweet and out of the box to make, I'd suggest this blog. It has both complicated and beginner recipes, so it's perfect for just about anyone!

Pinch of Yum - 1 views

I've recently become obsessed with this website. In fact, it was my main reference for the majority of my Thanksgiving dishes this year. I love the elegance of the food, yet the retaliative simplicity as well. Most everything is extremely healthy and focused on a vegetarian and vegan diet. Another thing I love about this website is that under the "Resources" tab, it has a section on how to start a blog, which I no doubt will be using as I try to improve my own!
