Nancy O'Laughlin on 16 Apr 12Interesting article. I liked this comment: users don't necessarily have a preconceived idea of what they want-but they know what they want when they see it. This dynamic gives brands the opportunity to introduce products, concepts and content much earlier in the decision making process and actually drive discovery. I have seen things on Pinterest that I would never even had tried to search for.
