Let's see this Learners summary report in detail. -From here you can select any particular Company from the drop-down and then according to that company selected, you need to select the department from this beside department selection drop-down then click on the "get report" button. -Here using the filter icon you can select any particular Learner from that particular company and its associated department. -You can also make use of the calendar icon to select any particular date range for generating the results. -Using the graph icon you can see the Learner participations and progress reports in graphical formats. -Here on the report table using the sorting feature from the columns you can sort any particular column according to your need. -Using the message feature you can instantly send a direct message to any particular learners from this report.

Using these reports you can see the Moodle resources utilization statistics of your Moodle LMS course resources. -Using this "Learner Resources" report you can view a particular course and its users' associated resources details such as Learner, Number of resources, time spent, and the number of views. - Here you can sort the "Total time spent" column and see which user has spent the max time on the course resources. -By using this "filter icon" you can select an individual learner from this particular course. Welcome to the LearnerScript "Course Profile Report" explanatory short video. -Using this course profile report, you can see any particular Moodle course profile details such as Course Fullname, enrolments, completions, total activities count, progress percentage, avg. grade, time-spent, etc. -you can use this report to compare 2 or more courses' progress side by side. -You need to enter the course names here if you want to compare them with one another. -Here you can see that the "Value chain management capstone" course is having the max " course completions" compared to the other courses and hence it's showing the max "progress" -Here you can see that the "Advanced Topics" course is having fewer "course completions" compared to the remaining courses, and as a result, showing less "course progress". -Here you can also see each individual course-related learner enrolment, completion, activity details by clicking on their respective numbers.

Let's dive into the video now! In this LearnerScript New Dashboard, we can see the "FOrum participation by Learners "table that contains 17 Forums and their progress details. Let's check the top 10 most & least participated Moodle forums based on Forum discussion counts in this "Forum participation report" table. To do so You need to limit the table results to 10 then you need to sort this table by the "Total Discussions" column in descending order! You can see here the top 10 most participated Moodle Forum details are shown below. You can see the "Forum" in "Finance" Moodle course has the most discussions count with 9 Forum Discussions and followed by other courses forums... Similarly, you can check the Least discussions count Moodle Forums details. To do so you need to sort this table by "Total Discussions" column in Ascending order! Now you can see here the least discussions Moodle forums with 1 discussion count and followed by other forums. ================ Similarly, Let's check the top 10 most & least participated Moodle forums details based on Forum posts count. here you need to limit the results to 10 and sort by posts column in descending order. You can see the "Social Forum" in "Healthcare Marketplace" Moodle course has the most number of forum posts count with 4 posts and followed by other courses forums... Similarly, you can check the Least posted Moodle Forums details. you need to sort this table by "posts" column in Ascending order! Now you can see here the System testing forum 2 has the least participated Moodle forums with 0 posts count and followed by other forums...
