Very good presentation about the future of Social Networks. Fully agree with the vision, we are telling it also for a few years. There will be many networks, not only one, the same in the professional life, and the great challenge of the future will be to manage these networks and to manage privacy between these networks. At the same time social networks will be the basis of any work or personal relationship. So it is essential to reach this goal.

A great annoucement from SocialText

This is really very good service when using FireFox. I'm using FireFox sync from inception (formerly weave), it works graat. Now you can retrieve all your data in your iPhone, it's tremendous!

Je dirai plutôt de "conversations" et de tweet, les aspects collabpratifs étant placés en second dans ces solutions. Mais ce sont de très bonnes solutions pour justement la nouvelle couche conversationnelle nécessaire aux entreprises en complément de leurs systèmes d'information plus rigides, couche inspirée d'un mélange de twitter et de fil d'activité à la facebook. C'est donc une bonne compilation de l'existant sur le marché.

C'est n'importe quoi les conseils qui sont donnés. Ils datent d'il y a 10 ans ! Ca ne résoud aucun problème de suivre ce genre de conseils, c'est beaucoup trop tard pour changer les habitudes et résorber la saturation du nombre de messages et de son traitement. La seule solution est de franchir une nouvelle étape en matière de travail collaboratif, et de ne plus utiliser la messagerie pour collaborer, mais seulement pour communiquer. Ce qui implique l'utilisation en parallèle d'environnements de travail collaboratif complémentaires à la messagerie électronique. Google Apps est actuellement l'environnement le plus simple et le plus complet à déployer fonctionnant sur ces nouveaux principes, valable aussi bien pour des petites entreprises que pour des très grandes de plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'employés. Il en existe bien entendu d'autres à  peu près équivalent.
