We know that an individual's recall and their actual experience may be quite different. Gavin, KIN has had conversations in the past about knowledge transfer with the Technology Strategy Board . They seem to be predominantly about facilitating commerce between universities and industry. They don't seem to be interested in the subtleties of communities of practice, or the behavioral aspects of collaboration. We seemed to be talking different languages. Maybe we haven't engaged with the right people yet!
