Par exemple le laboratoire pharmeuctique produisant le Tylenol va mettre en place une veille sous la forme d'outils de mesure sur les forums et blogues spécialisés de personnes souffrant de mal de dos ou de mal de dent pour voir quel produit elles recommandent et pourquoi et est ce qu'elles utilisent le Tylenol. Je trouve cela intéressant d'utiliser ce genre de techniquequand on fait de la veille dans un secteur concurrentiel.
