    Here's a brilliant blog with lots of different links to ICTs that can be used along with mini-tutorials. Of particular interest - the Soo Meta program that could be useful for the video part of the assignment!

      Pintrest is such a fantastic tool for any creative subject. the only problem is it is usually blocked in state schools. it can be unblocked through a process set by DETE and probably well worth the effort

    Interesting take on ICT role in the Australian curriculum stating it should be separately assessed. This is a good point but I still feel it integrates across all learning areas and needs to be up to the teacher how they use ICT. I agree though that a subject teaching the skills and workings of ICT is a good idea and there does seem a huge variation as to how much ICT is used in the classroom. This article may be a bit dated (2011)....

    I played the maths challenge Dragonbox, and was just going to spend a few minutes on this game but I found it fun to keep going and work out how to continue with the problems when I got stuck, until I understood the concept that the challenge was teaching. In a way I was trying to be creative in solving these problems along the way and was learning as well. This idea could be carried on outside the came creating my own idea of Algebra using everyday items. I think that when learning is taking place creativity and innovation are not far behind.     Hi I have never heard about this framework until week two of this course. I am sure I have used something similar but now I have a name and a framework to use n my lesson plans. Great share this is a keeper. This will be useful in both theory and practical lessons, in both my teaching areas.
