My server seems to have gone down. Getting no ping response and no login to the control.

Gator458 has been up and down for the past two days. I have submitted a trouble ticket and received one responce late last night. I replied this morning and still over 6 hours later I have not received any other answers.

My forum has been down for at least 10 hours. I submitted a ticket at least 10 hours ago and still have received no response. I see that others are having what seems to be the same issue. Why no response? Why hasn't this been addressed? Not a happy customer right now!

First of all I have a managed dedicated server. At some point early yesterday, my mysql went down. I couldn't do anything myself to get it running again. I posted a ticket at 1:30pm. It was replied to at about 6pm - saying it had been resolved. I checked, it was NOT resolved. I let them know this, and they replied within an hour saying it had been resolved.

… and only after threatening to go and make the situation public! Their support claims that there are "on going" problems with the server we're hosted on and that they are working to fix it.

Two tickets are not doing well. We have 8 employees getting errors with their email. Could one of you look into this?
