    … and only after threatening to go and make the situation public! Their support claims that there are "on going" problems with the server we're hosted on and that they are working to fix it.

    Initially, I thought it was just my computer, but members are complaining that it takes quite a while to load pages after a post, or when clicking on a forum, etc.

    My forum has been down for at least 10 hours. I submitted a ticket at least 10 hours ago and still have received no response. I see that others are having what seems to be the same issue. Why no response? Why hasn't this been addressed? Not a happy customer right now!
