The analogies and summaries were helpful to understand the ecological systems better. How This Influenced My Thinking: This journal helped me understand everything a little bit better to where I can think more. I was able to actually think about what I wanted to say and how to say it without being blocked from the unknowns. Credibility of Source: This journal pulled information from other resources and cited them. So I believe it is credible.

This research article is a great example of the scientific research method and a great example of a longitudinal study. Its focus is also relevant to my topic which is identity formation and more specifically measures adult's readiness to change and its influence on identity formation How this influenced my thinking: I found the age range of the participants 22-60 to be interesting. It shines a light on the fact that identity it always changing no matter what age and stage in life a person is. I also found it interesting that they came up with two ways to measure readiness to change and that they discovered this to be a player in identity formation during adulthood. Credibility:High

This video argues that stroke paralysis, and phantom pains could be "learned" behaviors and not innately biological. How This Influenced My Thinking: In writing my paper I discuss traumatic brain injury in the developing children and how it influences processes. This video delves deeper into neurological development and behaviors which may be more of a product of environment than biology alone. How has this influenced my thinking: This was a good happy story that it doesn't happen very often.

The more we see the benefits and see mothers continuing to breastfeed, the more socially normal it will become.
