How This Influenced My Thinking: This has made me agree that each child should definitely be treated differently and that each child has a different response and parents can not respond the same way to each child and expect that each child will respond the same. It is aimed to people who have the diagnosis and struggle to explain their behavior and challenges to others. How has this influenced my thinking: I really found it very interesting the advice given, and i think these rules can be applied to anything people have misconceptions about. This article was an interview with Susan Smalley, Ph.D., is a professor in the department of psychiatry and biobehavioral sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles, Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior and director of its Mindful Awareness Research Center. How this influenced my thinking: I was fascinated to find out about some of the environmental factors that show increased lecels of ADHD. Credibility: I'm on the fence. How this influenced my thinking: I always knew children who are overweight are more likely to be made fun of, but i was surprised at how obesity has doubled in children over the past 20 years.
