The court case over the redevelopment rights of a Pali Hill bungalow, where Dilip Kumar has been residence for many years, has weighing again on him. It is known that Samir Bhojwani dragged Dilip Kumar to court in 2010. She objected, claiming ownership of the plot. He said the bungalow property was leased to the actor for 999 years, but with the caveat that the lessee would not alter or demolish the structure without the owner's consent. The land, estimated to be worth Rs 150 crore, housed a two storey bungalow, where Dilip Kumar, lived since 1953.According to the friends and relatives of Dilip Kumar, the actor is constantly thinking about the bungalow these days. Currently, the 90-year-old star of Bollywood classics like Mughal-e-Azam, Ganga Jamuna, Shakti and Karma lives in the same locality but at his wife Saira Banu's house next to Sanjay Dutt's residence. A source close to Dilip and Saira Bano, “While we try to keep bad news from him, including the deaths of some of his old colleagues, there is one thing which we cannot bypass, the dispute over the bungalow. His questions on the bungalow under litigation had increased by the day.”The actor was hospitalised last month after a heart scare and the dispute, which is still in court, is having a telling effect on the thespian's health. “We don't rule out that this stress might have played a role in Dilip Kumar getting the heart attack in mid-September, which landed him in the ICU for 10 days. What is amusing to Dilip Kumar and his family is that Samir Bhojwani is very cordial to them and even sent flowers and gifts on Dilip saab's birthday. "Whenever we tell him that we ought to resolve this as Dilip Kumar's health is failing, he says, Haan kar denge. But no stone is moved by him thereafter,” added sources.Saira Banu, about the matter said, “The bungalow dispute is wearing down Yusuf saab. It has affected his health and it has now started to affect my health too.”

By now everyone must be well-aware of the fact actress Shruti Haasan was recently stalked by her fan, who tried to barge into her house, where she was alone. Trimukhe’s family is shocked that the actress went onto file a police complaint against him.The family members say that Trimukhe is the main earning member of the family of seven, and he was just trying to approach Haasan hoping that she would be able to get his younger brother a permanent job. Trimukhe's sister Shalini, 30, said, "His arrest came as a shock. My brother learnt that Shruti's sister Akshara is embarking on a film career, and thought she would need a spot boy. He was hoping our brother would get a permanent job if Shruti puts in a word. But, the police came knocking on our door...""My brother did not try barging in. He even made an entry in the visitors' dairy and asked the watchman to accompany him. He said when Haasan began shutting the door he tried to stop her by asking if she recognised him. But she slammed the door, hurting his hand," Shalini said.While, Shruti on her part, said, "In all the time this man was on the sets he never approached me or my staff. Had he done, we would have dealt with the matter appropriately. But as a single woman living alone in Mumbai, I take serious offence to someone coming to my house and trying to bargain. I trust the police will know best how to deal with this."We hope justice would be served!

Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee, last seen in Satyagraha alongside Amitabh Bachchan and others, says he wants to reside in Delhi when he gets free from Mumbai or when he will achieve a certain position in his career. He also says that he has a special connection from Delhi as his family and friends are living in the capital.Manoj Bajpayee recently visited Delhi for a film’s shooting there he shared his desire to shift to Delhi. “Dilli se kaafi judi hui hain. Yahaan kaafi dost rehte hain, aur family bhi yahin hai. I am thinking of shifting to Delhi,” said the actor.Does it mean he’ll leave Mumbai soon? When sources asked the same that when he will be making the move, he said, “When I feel that I have reached a certain level in my career and my directors and producers will not mind calling me from Delhi to Mumbai, I will shift here. The thought of shifting to Delhi always comes to my mind. It is a thought that comes to mind almost daily. I feel that working from Delhi will make life easier for me.”Meanwhile Manoj is signed to do the voiceovers for the upcoming Mahabharat animated 3D mythological drama. "I think I always wanted to play different characters. This is what I have done in my life. "When Bhushan heard the script, he thought Yaariyan would be the apt title for the film but when we checked the title was registered with Saif Ali Khan's company. Bhushan spoke to him and without charging anything, he gave us the title free of cost. That's really generous of him," said Divya.For those unaware, the film, which stars newcomers, will release on January 10. As of now Divya is looking forward to promote the film on TV reality show Bigg Boss Saath-7, which is hosted by superstar Salman Khan. "I know Salman and he is close to Bhushan. Buzz doing around the telly world has that popular actor Shantanu Maheshwari aka Sham of popular show Dil Dostii Dance (Cinevistaas Productions) on Channel V has decided to quit the show. However, the young actor stabbed the report saying he is going nowhere and will stick to the show till its end.According to the sources, “The creative head of the show, Palki Malhotra with whom Shantanu shares a very close relation was shown the door, allegedly because of her affinity towards him. With co-actors Shakti Mohan and Kunwar Amar supposedly not liking the importance Shantanu was showered in terms of screen time, and complaining to the channel about the same, the lanky guy was left alone when his dear friend Palki, bid farewell to the show.”It was also buzzed that Shantanu spreading news that he too has decided to close the D3 chapter from his book, when his sole pillar of support is no more with him in it. It is said to be the reason Shantanu walking out of the show.  However, Shantanu come out rubbishing all the rumors saying, “I really don’t want to give any reasons to all these rumours, but would just want to tell my fans that I am not quitting D3. After Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is all set to entice the audience with his upcoming film Mirza, which has written by Gulzar. The film will star Harshvardhan Kapoor, son of Anil Kapoor, in the titular role."I found Mirza on the sets of Delhi 6," Mehra says. "I was shooting in Delhi with Sonam, and Harshvardhan just happened to be hanging around. I looked at him, and my gaze stopped. This man has a dramatic presence." Once he saw him, Mehra was all mesmerized, and went to Sonam to ask about his discovery of the day, as he was not aware that she was his sibling. "She giggled. And then she told me that he was her younger brother. At that point, I didn't know that he'd make his way as Mirza, but one thing I knew for sure - I wanted to make him act." He further reveals that after meeting Harshvardhan, they both kept in touch, and then he went on to sign him for Mirza, before the release of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.The film will be ready only by 2015. As of now Mehra is looking for Sahiban (Mirza's lover). "There's very little time to prepare. With Mirza, I want to explore the intricacies of romance. I want to find my expression of love - which I've never attempted."Way to go!

Supermodel Naomi Campbell recently appeared on a TV chat show, where she went on to cry while revealing about her anger management issues. Campbell, 43, gave away various things as she appeared on The Jonathan Ross Show, as she spoke on how anger management classes did wonders to her life.You may know that due to her bad temper, Campbell was arrested as she had thrown mobile phones at her staff. She said, "I made anger management serious. Anger is an emotion. There were things I had to deal with. You have to deal with it. I'm crying, you made me cry."Then, she talked about her earlier addiction to cocaine, which went on for five years. However, she let go of the habit, after realizing that it was ruining her life. "I don't want to go back. No matter what it is that you're addicted to - you can be addicted to work - all it is, is an escapism. It's escaping something, no matter what. "For me, I came to my realisation at 29 that I didn't like myself the way I was, and that was it. Every day is a new day - I'm no perfect human being.
