Last year on his birthday, Kamal Haasan released the trailer of Vishwaroopam in Auro 3D surround sound, and this year, it is expected that he is planning to treat his fans by releasing Vishwaroopam 2 trailer on his birthday, November 7."He has been thinking about releasing the trailer of the sequel on his birthday. It was supposed to be released earlier, but there was some more editing to be made. He is yet to confirm if he will indeed release it on his birthday," a source from the film's unit said. For those unaware, the second installment of Vishwaroopam is also a Tamil-Hindi bilingual spy-thriller, which is written and directed by Kamal Haasan, who also plays the role of Major Wisam Ahmad Kashmiri. It also stars Rahul Bose, Pooja Kumar, Shekhar Kapur and Andrea Jeremiah, and has been mostly shot in India. In the movie, yesteryears actress Waheeda Rehman will be seen playing Kamal's mother. The film has been produced by Venu Ravichandran. You must know that earlier this year, when Vishwaroopam released, it faced several setbacks, and despite that it went on to mint Rs.100 crore at the box-office.We hope Haasan attains success with second installment as well!

The court case over the redevelopment rights of a Pali Hill bungalow, where Dilip Kumar has been residence for many years, has weighing again on him. It is known that Samir Bhojwani dragged Dilip Kumar to court in 2010. She objected, claiming ownership of the plot. He said the bungalow property was leased to the actor for 999 years, but with the caveat that the lessee would not alter or demolish the structure without the owner's consent. The land, estimated to be worth Rs 150 crore, housed a two storey bungalow, where Dilip Kumar, lived since 1953.According to the friends and relatives of Dilip Kumar, the actor is constantly thinking about the bungalow these days. Currently, the 90-year-old star of Bollywood classics like Mughal-e-Azam, Ganga Jamuna, Shakti and Karma lives in the same locality but at his wife Saira Banu's house next to Sanjay Dutt's residence. A source close to Dilip and Saira Bano, “While we try to keep bad news from him, including the deaths of some of his old colleagues, there is one thing which we cannot bypass, the dispute over the bungalow. His questions on the bungalow under litigation had increased by the day.”The actor was hospitalised last month after a heart scare and the dispute, which is still in court, is having a telling effect on the thespian's health. “We don't rule out that this stress might have played a role in Dilip Kumar getting the heart attack in mid-September, which landed him in the ICU for 10 days. What is amusing to Dilip Kumar and his family is that Samir Bhojwani is very cordial to them and even sent flowers and gifts on Dilip saab's birthday. "Whenever we tell him that we ought to resolve this as Dilip Kumar's health is failing, he says, Haan kar denge. But no stone is moved by him thereafter,” added sources.Saira Banu, about the matter said, “The bungalow dispute is wearing down Yusuf saab. It has affected his health and it has now started to affect my health too.”

After Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is all set to entice the audience with his upcoming film Mirza, which has written by Gulzar. The film will star Harshvardhan Kapoor, son of Anil Kapoor, in the titular role."I found Mirza on the sets of Delhi 6," Mehra says. "I was shooting in Delhi with Sonam, and Harshvardhan just happened to be hanging around. I looked at him, and my gaze stopped. This man has a dramatic presence." Once he saw him, Mehra was all mesmerized, and went to Sonam to ask about his discovery of the day, as he was not aware that she was his sibling. "She giggled. And then she told me that he was her younger brother. At that point, I didn't know that he'd make his way as Mirza, but one thing I knew for sure - I wanted to make him act." He further reveals that after meeting Harshvardhan, they both kept in touch, and then he went on to sign him for Mirza, before the release of Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.The film will be ready only by 2015. As of now Mehra is looking for Sahiban (Mirza's lover). "There's very little time to prepare. With Mirza, I want to explore the intricacies of romance. I want to find my expression of love - which I've never attempted."Way to go!

Actor and anchor Karan Wahi is a busy man nowadays as he has been juggling with juggling between shooting for his upcoming film and hosting the reality show Nach Baliye 6. And recently he made a quick trip to Pink City for some work.Upon his arrival, he said, "I am here just for a day and I don't think I will be able to take out time to explore the city. I will probably have to find time later and come and explore Jaipur."Recalling his first trip to the city, he said, "I think I was in the sixth or the seventh standard when I first came to Jaipur. At that time, I had visited many forts and palaces, but the one place that I remember is Hawa Mahal. After that, for some reason, I haven't been able to make a trip to the city in which I could go around and explore various places. In between, I had come for a day to play a match at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in the city." In his debut TV show Remix, Karan played a boy from Rajasthan, which was very much evident in his dialogues as well. "My first role was that of a Rajput boy. But at that time, I didn't have to do much research on that character. The channel and the production house had done the research and told me how to portray it. Post her traditional Indian style avatar, Pooja Gor, better known as Pratigya of Star Plus’ hit show Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya, says she is looking for an image makeover. She has also done reality show The Serial, just to widen up her horizons in the acting field.Speaking about her plans, “I want to try out different characters and sequences to test my own caliber and strength as an actor,” said Pooja, who also appeared on Imagine TV’s Kitani Mohabbaat Hai. She has been roped in to play lead character in Bindaas channel’s unusual love stories based youth show Yeh Hai Aashiqui, hosted by Vikrant Massey.Pooja will essay role of Charulata, a woman who tries to find happiness outside her marriage, in the episodic. The story is based on Rabindranath Tagore's novel, Nastanirh and Pooja will be seen as a traditional Bengali woman.About her character and show, Pooja said, “Honestly, I took up the episode in Yeh Hai Aashiqui because it has a complete Bengal flavour to it. I am fond of Bengali culture. I am glad the way it has turned out. I am very happy with the way I look.”The particular episode will air this week on Bindaas!

Actress Vishakha Singh is now a known name in Bollywood after doing films like Fukrey, Bajatey Raho and Ankur Arora Murder Case. Latest it is learnt that she is ready to do more films as she has signed on few more projects.Her upcoming films, however, are in different languages. “These are The Maya Tape (Hindi), Thurram (Telugu), The Motorcycle Diaries (Malayalam) and Valeeba Raj (Tamil),” informs a source. But one thing that comes to notice is that despite being a Punjabi, she has not acted in one yet. Still, she has many language films in South, where she will be playing a lead role. “Doing four films at a time in itself is a big deal but considering that she is a Punjabi from Delhi, doing four film and that too in different languages is really something special,” says a close associate of the actress.“The Maya Tape, in which she is playing a reporter, sees her along with Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The horror thriller is being readied for release before year end while the other three would arrive in 2014. Moreover, she is also in talks to do more Hindi films, announcement of which would be made soon,” adds a source.Says Vishakha, “Yes, I am doing a lot of regional films. I realise that one should be constantly working. Moreover, South industry pays you much more as well so it is a good reason to be doing films there too.”Hope you achieve success with these films!

B-town actress Shraddha Kapoor played a simple girl in her last release Aashiqui 2, and bagged loads of applaud for the same. And now she is experimenting with her looks yet again for Punit Malhotra’s directorial Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, where she plays lead character Imran Khan’s fiancé.Recently the makers released the first look of the actress, who is seen in typical South Indian look. She plays a small role in the Karan Johar’s production. Her new look from the movie was released by none other than film’s director Punit on his microblogging website Twitter. In the still, she is seen in a traditional South Indian sari with red and golden border matched with a red blouse. The name of her character is Vasudha, and she has completed the look with a bindi, traditional neck piece, earrings, mangtika and flower in her hair. "Here's presenting Vasudha...The very beautiful Shraddha Kapoor," Malhotra tweeted with the picture. In the picture, it is shown that she is getting engaged with male lead Imran Khan’s character Sriram, who also essays a South Indian boy named Sriram. Kareena Kapoor plays the leading lady, and she is seen working as a social worker in the movie, and will play Imran's love interest. Gori Tere Pyaar Mein releases on November 22.

Veteran actress Madhoo, who is eyeing to make comeback in Bollywood films, says she would like to do work that has been done by actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor. She is looking to take up challenging work.She is known for her work in films like Roja, Diljale and Phool Aur Kaante. Madhoo has already started working down South."My south films have started releasing. One film released last month and did 50 days run, so I believe it's a hit. I have signed a couple of films and will start shooting soon. I have started acting again and I am enjoying that. Hopefully I will do a Hindi film soon, waiting for right movie to come to me," said Madhoo. The actress would love to take up interesting film offers and wishes that filmmakers approach her with variety of scripts. "I don't want to say things and limit myself as an actress. I am at a juncture in my life where I can explore and do many different things. I would want producers and creative people to think of something really challenging and wonderful for me as an actress," Madhoo said."When you are younger and playing a heroine, at that time things are pretty similar - like falling in love with the hero and getting married in the end. But now the movies and characterization are different. I can do many more things than I did earlier in my life. It is like Chintuji Amitji, like they are doing fantastic roles now. Veteran actress Madhuri Dixit is all set to make a return in acting with upcoming film Dedh Ishqiya. The trailer of the film released recently and the actress sis bagging applaud for all quarters for her look as well as act in the film, which is quite visible in the trailer.The film stars Madhuri, Naseeruddin Shah, Huma Qureshi and Arshad Warsi in lead roles, and the trailer of the movie came out online on Friday (November 8, 2013). For those unaware, in the movie, Madhuri will be seen playing a dancer, Begum Para, who is an attractive dangerous woman."Dr Nene (my husband) appreciated and complimented me that I am looking good in the poster and promos of the film," said Madhuri on Friday at Sanofi's diabetes awareness event. If they see me somewhere in a photograph also, they say 'Mom, you are in this photograph'," she said.The film has been produced by Vishal Bhardwaj and directed by Abhishek Chaubey. It would be a completely family affair when Shatrughan Sinha’s production house Shotgun Films’ upcoming film to launch his twin sons Luv and Kush Sinha as main lead role. The production house has also signed director Umesh Shukla for its second film that will feature Sonakshi Sinha as its protagonist. The belle, who has already proved her acting powers, is excited about the re-launch of Shotgun Films. “Everybody has their own production house today. Since we have in-house actors, director and producer, it’s all sorted. Dad later went into politics. As kids we knew he was in show business but didn't look beyond that. So it's great that today we three are reviving the banner. The movie which is made on the life of Shahid Azmi has had a great impact on his brother who saw the movies on Friday.Shahid’s brother Khalid Azmi said, “Our family has gone through a lot. It's a very emotional moment for us. I have watched this film before, and yesterday I watched the film again with my family. I got very emotional. The film (tells) a part of my life, so it is very realistic and everything comes alive before my eyes.”The movie starring Rajkumar Yadav in the lead role is about the life story of Shahid Azam who was the defending lawyer of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks co-accused Faheem Ansari. He was shot dead in his office in 2010. Shahid’s brother also went on to saying that some portions of the movie were also shot in his office and colony.He said, “I provided them with all the information. I also spent a lot of time with Rajkumar and told him how Shahid used to be. They shot a few portions in his office and his colony.”This proud brother seems to have taken a lot of efforts for his dead brother and we hope for the movie to be liked by everyone who watches it.
