Buzz doing around the telly world has that popular actor Shantanu Maheshwari aka Sham of popular show Dil Dostii Dance (Cinevistaas Productions) on Channel V has decided to quit the show. However, the young actor stabbed the report saying he is going nowhere and will stick to the show till its end.According to the sources, “The creative head of the show, Palki Malhotra with whom Shantanu shares a very close relation was shown the door, allegedly because of her affinity towards him. With co-actors Shakti Mohan and Kunwar Amar supposedly not liking the importance Shantanu was showered in terms of screen time, and complaining to the channel about the same, the lanky guy was left alone when his dear friend Palki, bid farewell to the show.”It was also buzzed that Shantanu spreading news that he too has decided to close the D3 chapter from his book, when his sole pillar of support is no more with him in it. It is said to be the reason Shantanu walking out of the show.  However, Shantanu come out rubbishing all the rumors saying, “I really don’t want to give any reasons to all these rumours, but would just want to tell my fans that I am not quitting D3. I am very much a part of it, so they need not get anxious.”This must be a relief for the fans of Shantanu.

Hollywood actress Judi Dench, who went through the drastic surgery last month, after she had complained of chronic pain for several years, is back to action just six-weeks after the operation. The actress recently walked down the red carpet to promote her film Philomena.She recently attended the London screening of the film, and while walking through the red carpet, she didn’t need any cane or something. She says, "The scar's from here to here, there to there. I have a completely new knee now. It's brilliant. When I had it done on September 6, I said to my surgeon 'On October 16 I will walk up a red carpet unaided', and so I did. You set your mind to a goal and go for it."While speaking to the sources at the event, she revealed that she has no such plans to retire from acting, as this is the word which is banned at her house. She adds, "I'm not feeling my age at all. I am about 43, a tall willowy blonde 43-year-old with long legs. I don't want to slow down at all. We don't say the word retirement in our house. Old and retired are totally banned. Energy keeps me going."We are in the minority of people who are doing a job we chose to do and can make a living at. Grapevine is abuzz that the censor board has let go of the song Eggjactly which was to be used in Sunny Leone starrer Jackpot. But when sources got in touch with Leone, she states that Jackpot is a family film, hence there is no need of any censorship.Leone, 32, shot some bold scenes for the movie, however, she feels that it is censor board to choose what is suitable for young adults to watch. She feels, “Jackpot is not an A-certificate movie. So, they have to be really careful on what the subject matter is.”“But I don't think there is anything in the movie that requires censorship. It's a very nice family movie that everyone can watch,” added the actress, who entered showbiz with erotic thriller Jism 2. Leone was at the music launch of the film on Saturday. Film’s director Kaizad Gustad is not too happy with the censor board banning the song Eggjactly, by Javed Jaffrey."It's unnecessary. I don't understand why the song has been banned - it's funny and there is humour in it. It is not anything personal it is about the whole country. He has not attacked any one person. The censor board should have some sense of humour. It's just a funny song and he has not offended anybody. He has been very careful to avoid personal attacks," Gustad said.Meanwhile, actor-producer Sachiin Joshi, on the ban, said, "I seriously think it's somebody's ploy against me and I am being targeted."The film has been shot in Goa, and it releases on December 13!

By now everyone must be well-aware of the fact actress Shruti Haasan was recently stalked by her fan, who tried to barge into her house, where she was alone. However, Shruti put up a brave front, and managed to stop the stalker from entering her house.Later, it turned out that the man of staked her was none other than a spot boy, Ashok Shankar Trimukhe, who has worked with Shruti in the past. Trimukhe’s family is shocked that the actress went onto file a police complaint against him.The family members say that Trimukhe is the main earning member of the family of seven, and he was just trying to approach Haasan hoping that she would be able to get his younger brother a permanent job. Trimukhe's sister Shalini, 30, said, "His arrest came as a shock. My brother learnt that Shruti's sister Akshara is embarking on a film career, and thought she would need a spot boy. He was hoping our brother would get a permanent job if Shruti puts in a word. But, the police came knocking on our door...""My brother did not try barging in. He even made an entry in the visitors' dairy and asked the watchman to accompany him. He said when Haasan began shutting the door he tried to stop her by asking if she recognised him. But she slammed the door, hurting his hand," Shalini said.While, Shruti on her part, said, "In all the time this man was on the sets he never approached me or my staff. Had he done, we would have dealt with the matter appropriately. But as a single woman living alone in Mumbai, I take serious offence to someone coming to my house and trying to bargain. I trust the police will know best how to deal with this."We hope justice would be served!

B-town actress Hema Malini has always been passionate towards classical dancing, and performs at various events from time to time. However, she is not happy with the Indian youth’s interest in item dance numbers, and she rather believes that these numbers are not going to save India or its culture."Nritya was my puja. To save our culture we will need to return to classical dance forms and music. Item numbers will neither save India nor our culture. In Bollywood, nobody these days asks new actors whether they know or understand the nuances of classical music," Hema Malini said. What further mesmerizing was when she created a spiritual ambience through her dance-drama Ramayan, which was presented late on Friday evening at the Pushpanjali grounds near Taj Mahal. It was produced by Natya Vihar of Mumbai and helmed by Hema herself.Ravindra Jain had given the music in the drama, while Suresh Wadekar created a religious euphoria with his mesmerizing voice. Hollywood actress Chloe Moretz is very happy with the way her life is going at the moment and says that she may turn rebellious in future, but for now she is in a happy phase. Mortetz, 17, believes in healthy living and she has strong determination that she will not fall foul of the pitfalls of fame."No, not now! Maybe later, who knows? But for now, I`m so happy with my life that I don`t need to be rebellious. I wouldn`t want to jeopardize what I`ve accomplished. I could do drugs and drink, but why would I want to do something that can strip away everything I`ve spent my life working for," she said.Moretz revealed that she starting taking health seriously when she discovered about the health of her grandmother, who suffers from Alzheimer, which has now taken a turn for the worse. "I got this call from my aunt to say my grandma had had a stroke. Meanwhile, that day I`d been worrying about whether to book a project, an audition or a photoshoot," she said."I just realised how idiotic it all is, cancelled everything and went home. This `I`m fat, I`m skinny, I`m ugly, I have a pimple,` it`s all so irrelevant," she added.Way to go, girl!

The actress says that she won’t act for the other 18 months, till the time her son Viaan doesn’t start understanding her work.The actress said, “I will take At least another year-and-a-half... till Viaan is able to communicate with me and understands my work. Then may be I will think of doing a film.”Shilpa is seen on the small screens now-a-days and is also seen doing many endorsements. The actress was last seen as the judge of the dance reality show Nach Baliye 5 and is gearing up to judge another season of the show.She said, “TV is easier, and for endorsements, I can command when I want to work. It's kind of suited to my current role - being a mother, the most wonderful role of my life. I am enjoying it.”She has taken a sabbatical from the industry as films take a lot of time, and she needs to give time to her son as well. She said, “Honestly, it is a self-imposed sabbatical. My priority definitely is Viaan at the moment.
