Vidya Balan’s last release Ghanchakkar failed to garner good reviews from the critics as well as the audience. However, now she gears up for yet another release Shaadi Ke Side Effects, where she will be seen opposite Farhan Akhtar.Director Saket Chaudhary says, "The film attempts to explain what most people fail to understand in a lifetime — what makes a marriage work!"Producer Pritish Nandy says, "The film is peppered with loads of post-marriage side effects. When Sid (played by Farhan) makes a mistake, he says sorry. And when his wife Trisha (played by Vidya) makes a mistake, he says sorry again! It is a witty, sexy, hilarious comedy that will warm your hearts."He further says, "We have Farhan and Vidya, together for the first time on screen. They make the perfect couple, each fighting for space in their marriage."The theatrical trailer will be out with Krrish 3, which releases on November 1, and stars Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut, Vivek Oberoi as leads. Shaadi Ke Side Effects, produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Pritish Nandy Communications, releases February 2014.

In the past we have seen Chetan Bhagat’s books making it big whenever adapted for silver screen. There has been screen-adaptation of his books like Five Point Someone (3 Idiots) One Night At A Call Centre (Hello), Three Mistakes of My Life (Kai Po Che), and 2 States is still under the production.And now, the latest buzz has that another of his book will be adapted on big screen. This time Bhagat has teamed up with Disney UTV, for his latest bestseller Revolution 2020, which is to be directed by Raj Kumar Gupta. For those unaware, the novel talks down the lives of three childhood friends, Gopal, Raghav and Aarti."It is an intense love story set against the backdrop of corruption in the education sector, which affects millions across the country. I can't wait for the three characters to be cast and brought to life," said Bhagat. On his part, Raj Kumar says, "When I read the novel, I was quite moved. It is a very simple and heartfelt story about being young, being confused, being in love, getting corrupt... I am looking forward to writing and directing this book for the screen."Siddharth Roy Kapur, Managing Director, Studios, Disney UTV, adds, "We are excited to have played the catalyst in bringing Chetan and Raj Kumar together. Chetan had shared the draft of his book with us even before it was published and we instantly reacted to its cinematic potential. It has an incredibly well-graphed storyline and the issues it deals with are those that today's youth will instantly relate to and identify with." The screenplay of the film is currently underway and is expected to go on floors mid-2014.

Yesteryears actress Asha Parekh has been blessed to work with the superstars of her reining era, whether it be Shammi Kapoor, Dev Anand or Rajesh Khanna. However, she still rues the fact that she didn’t get the opportunity to work with Dilip Kumar, and is still waiting to work with him.While speaking to the sources at an event recently, the Padma Shri winner said, "I really want to work with Yusuf saab (Dilip Kumar). It's still a wish and I am still waiting to work with him." For those unaware, Dilip Kumar calls it quits from acting in 1998, and the last movie the 90-year-old featured in was Qila. Despite that Asha Parekh is still eager to share screen-space with him. "If I get an opportunity, I would just run and do that project. This is one thing I am looking forward to," she said.There were rumours before that Dilip Kumar and Asha Parekh shared some animosity and this is the reason that they never worked together, but the latter quashed the rumours. She said, "There was no animosity. It was a mistake by the journalist who just cooked up the story. I was very angry with him for cooking up stories and spoiling our relationship. I have a very, very good relationship with Yusuf saab and Saira Banu. I was terribly hurt by that report." Well, we hope your dream do come true!

Everybody is talking about the latest controversy held in Bigg Boss 7 house between Tanisha Mukherjee and Kushal Tandon. Being a host of the show, Salman Khan took the charge to speak on the matter but what comes out from his mouth had surprised on and all. It was expected that Salman, who usually stay unbiased on the show, will be taking equal side of both the contestant but he seemed upset with Kushal’s behaviour bad towards Tanisha and lashed out on him.He gave an earful to Kushal for insulting Tanisha. “If you are thinking that you can clean your image, it's a misconception,” Salman told Kushal, and added he too had faced it and realised that one's mistakes are engraved on people's memories. “Because of this episode, this might be the last season for me,” he also said.Now, his reaction on the matter formed hullabaloo all over. There is a mixed reaction seen on the social networking site twitter where Salman Khan kept on updating about the substance.
