It seems Life OK’s mythological show Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, which stars TV heartthrob Mohit Raina as Lord Shiva, has lost its charm. Earlier it was reported that the channel is not getting good TRPs from the show and now it is said that its actors are quitting the show.Puja Banerjee who portrays the role of Lord Parvati is said to have quit the show owning some health issues. Interestingly, Puja was featured in the show after replacing popular actress Sonarika Bhadoria. She played the character for four months only. But unlike Sonarika, who was shown the door citing some payment issues, the actress herself has decided to quit the show.According to the close sources of the actress it is get to know that Puja couldn’t manage to overcome from her health issues and dedicate her time to the show. “Puja has been complaining about health issues for some time. The schedule is physically exhausting for her. She conveyed the problem to the production house and they released her. Her notice period ends in January, next year. The channel tried its best to convince her, but in vain,” sources said.Now, the team of Devon Ke Dev Mahadev is looking for the replacement of Puja Banerjee. Academy Award winning Bosnian filmmaker Danis Tavonic is not happy that The Good Road has been chosen over The Lunchbox as the representative to compete for the Oscar in the best foreign language film category this year. He claims that he didn’t say this because he has co-produced The Lunchbox, starring Irrfan Khan as lead. For the uninitiated, the Film Federation of India (FFI) chose The Good Road, a Gujarati travel drama, over Ritesh Batra’s The Lunchbox, as they felt that the former movie reflects an India that our movies usually don't showcase. "You had a chance and you don't have it anymore," Tanovic said, adding: "If I could give my place to The Lunchbox, I would give it." Tavonic is unhappy that The Lunchbox didn’t get the chance. "It's still stuck in my throat - the decision... If you ought to win an Oscar, then you put the better horse in the race. The best horse was The Lunchbox," Tanovic said at the ongoing Abu Dhabi Film Festival (ADFF). "They should know it from Lagaan. Lagaan was the last Indian film in the Oscar shortlist and it had the backing of Sony Pictures Classics, due to which they managed it. I spoke to somebody in India and asked them, 'Why did you send The Good Road? The person responded - 'It is a good film'." "It's not a question of a good film. It's about whether you really want to win an Oscar, or do you want to send a film which you think is great," said Tanovic. Guess everyone has an opinion on this subject!

By now everyone must be well-aware of the fact actress Shruti Haasan was recently stalked by her fan, who tried to barge into her house, where she was alone. However, Shruti put up a brave front, and managed to stop the stalker from entering her house.Later, it turned out that the man of staked her was none other than a spot boy, Ashok Shankar Trimukhe, who has worked with Shruti in the past. Trimukhe’s family is shocked that the actress went onto file a police complaint against him.The family members say that Trimukhe is the main earning member of the family of seven, and he was just trying to approach Haasan hoping that she would be able to get his younger brother a permanent job. Trimukhe's sister Shalini, 30, said, "His arrest came as a shock. My brother learnt that Shruti's sister Akshara is embarking on a film career, and thought she would need a spot boy. He was hoping our brother would get a permanent job if Shruti puts in a word. But, the police came knocking on our door...""My brother did not try barging in. He even made an entry in the visitors' dairy and asked the watchman to accompany him. He said when Haasan began shutting the door he tried to stop her by asking if she recognised him. But she slammed the door, hurting his hand," Shalini said.While, Shruti on her part, said, "In all the time this man was on the sets he never approached me or my staff. Had he done, we would have dealt with the matter appropriately. But as a single woman living alone in Mumbai, I take serious offence to someone coming to my house and trying to bargain. I trust the police will know best how to deal with this."We hope justice would be served!

It was an over the moon moment when Saif Ali Khan, who is a huge fan of James Bond, heard that he will get to shoot at MI6 building, seen in several Bond films. The MI6 building, located along the river Thames, is the headquarters of the British Secret Intelligence Service. This location has been used only in Bond movies, but not for any Bollywood film. Filmmaker Sajid Khan was the one who manages to get permission to shoot at the building for his forthcoming film Humshakals, which apart from Saif Ali Khan also stars Bipasha Basu, Ram Kapoor, Tamannaah Bhatia, Esha Gupta and Riteish Deshmukh.“Sajid was keen to shoot one of the sequences there as he is fascinated by the building. When he told Saif about it, the actor who loves Bond (remember Agent Vinod), was excited,” revealed sources from the production team.While he enjoyed the shoot thoroughly, there was one hitch. Canadian porn star turned Bollywood actress Sunny Leone, who is currently busy in shooting for her upcoming film Tina and Lolo, said to get injured doing an action sequence. The film, which is an out-and-out action film, requires both female stars Sunny Leonne and Karishma Tanna to indulge in some heavy duty stunts but one such act went wrong.Sunny Leone escaped with bruised ribs and the doctor advised her to refrain from shooting and rest for a few days. However, she has been reporting for shoot on the sets in Mumbai.The film’s director Devang Dholakia also confirmed the news, saying, “It was unfortunate that Sunny got hurt as utmost care is taken with both the girl's safety while they are doing action scenes. We all are glad that she wasn't hurt badly and admire her professionalism. Both the girls insist on doing their own stunts and so we take extra precautions with them.”The sequence in question required both the girls to jump over a car onto a bunch of baddies who were shooting at them and take them down. While Sunny managed to take her guy down, she landed awkwardly, with her ribs feeling the full force of the action extra's knee.Be careful, Sunny!

Bollywood is reeling with shock over the fallout between actor Sushant Singh Rajput filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor. It has been buzzing that former has refused to do latter’s film citing his date issues. Sushant was launched by Abhishek amidst full fanfare in commercially successful film Kai Po Che.
