It was an over the moon moment when Saif Ali Khan, who is a huge fan of James Bond, heard that he will get to shoot at MI6 building, seen in several Bond films. The MI6 building, located along the river Thames, is the headquarters of the British Secret Intelligence Service. This location has been used only in Bond movies, but not for any Bollywood film. Filmmaker Sajid Khan was the one who manages to get permission to shoot at the building for his forthcoming film Humshakals, which apart from Saif Ali Khan also stars Bipasha Basu, Ram Kapoor, Tamannaah Bhatia, Esha Gupta and Riteish Deshmukh.“Sajid was keen to shoot one of the sequences there as he is fascinated by the building. When he told Saif about it, the actor who loves Bond (remember Agent Vinod), was excited,” revealed sources from the production team.While he enjoyed the shoot thoroughly, there was one hitch. Recently, the couple has bought four floors in a Bandra building, but Bebo admits, “Saif and I would have loved to build or buy a bungalow. We even looked for one before we settled on our current address. However, there aren't bungalows that met with our taste.”Apart from the couple, there is list of actors who are craving for their own space in the most crowded city of the nation. It is said that Mumbai, whose landscape now resembles Shanghai, is growing vertically and with each passing day, the bungalows are fast disappearing into the metamorphosing skyline.Bollywood style icon Priyanka Chopra is looking for a sea-facing bungalow in the stretch between Bandra and Juhu for almost two years but she hasn’t found any yet. Even Katrina Kaif, who has been recording cash at box-office, got failed to find her dream property. On the other hand, Sonam Kapoor is happy that her father Anil Kapoor is not tempted to raze their bungalow to the ground and bring in a high rise instead, at least just as yet. Shatrughan Sinha’s darling daughter Sonakshi Sinha fails to understand why her parents have demolished their bungalow Ramayan to convert it into a tall building. Salman Khan has reportedly acquired a huge property in the suburbs.

Superstar Aamir Khan has always been known as peace lover, and the latest it is learnt that the Dhoom3 actor has got himself a new nest.He has bought an apartment at Carter Road in Bandra. He has been staying in this locality on rent for last few months, as the renovation work is going on at his home in Marina Apartments at Pali Hill. After staying in a Carter Road flat for few months, Aamir and his wife Kiran Rao developed immense liking for the place.The flat is sea-facing, is 5,000 square feet and spread over two floors. Hence, Aamir tried to buy the entire building where his Pali Hill flat is situated. However, disappointment came his way as the residents of other flats were not ready to sell their flats, even though Aamir offered the handsome deal of Rs 80,000 per sqft to move out. However, the flat owners declined the offer.Hence, the chap was left with no option but to buy another apartment in Carter Road. He is hoping that the new place turns out to be extremely luck for him and his family!Aamir’s upcoming film is Dhoom3, and we hope it break all the previous records at the box-office!

Superstar Amitabh Bachchan recently attended annual lecture at the Penguin in New Delhi where he unveiled about the thoughts of his father Mr. Harivansh Ray Bachchan. He said he remains puzzled by his father's habit in his last days of watching Hindi films rather than turning to his greatest companion his beloved books.Bachchan said his father had called him his greatest poetry. “My biggest problem in my life I do not know whether I am a free verse or a couplet, a chaupai or a shloka. I don't know what he saw in the flickering darkness it had to be more than Hindi cinema's excessive poetic justice in three hours! Did he see a flame that burns itself up lighting up the fire of the written word within? We are our own monster an animal of many animal parts.”During the conversation, Big B also confessed that he would try and build a girls’ school. “True equality can only exist if the whole society embraces it,” he said. Bachchan referred to feature films as the great passion of India cutting across all other performing arts and the Indian film industry as absorbing all religions, languages and cultures in it.“The filmy ambrosia's nectar so intoxicating that it has achieved what that no Indian politician has ever done,” said Bachchan before posing the question "In our cinema bad guys always come to no good what about in India itself? “Indian cinema has no nuclear bomb never suffers a recession but people call it is degenerate, trebling, trashy, flashy hocus-focus,” said the actor.

Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi, who is bagging appreciations for his work in Krrish 3, which has already crossed 200- crore at the box-office, is very happy with the reception the film has garnered. He is also very happy that his father and veteran actor Suresh Oberoi praised his work."My father told me, 'I am very proud of you for being so brave. Being a hero, you accepted the role of a super villain and that too opposite a superhero like Krrish, a favourite in India'," the 37-year-old said in Mumbai on Friday (November 8, 2013) at a special screening of Krrish 3 for children.For those unaware, his father was enthralled with the fact that despite being in negative role, he has performed very well with his face and fingers. In the film, it was Hrithik Roshan, who played the superhero and was seen jumping from buildings and doing all kinds of stunts, while Vivek, as Kaal, was most of the time did his act sitting on the wheel chair. And Suresh praised Vivek for the same.And this, obviously made Vivek very happy. "It felt good because he is a father and when such a talented and senior actor praises you it always feels good," he added.Krrish 3, directed by Rakesh Roshan, also stars Priyanka Chopra and Kangana Ranaut.
