Actors often complaints that they cannot bear the harsh rays of sunlight and that’s why they travel in tint sheeted cars. But, as per the Indian government’s rule book, it is a crime to have tinted films in cars. Government had banned the use of tinted glass, restricting visions beyond permissible limit as fixed under the Motor Vehicles Act, in vehicles.However, Bollywood celebrities are often caught by traffic police having tinted car windows. Recently actors Ajay Devgn and Vidya Balan have been reprimanded by traffic police for the tinted films in their cars. While, the Kahaani actress sweetly pays the fine every time but has requested the cops to let her keep the tinted film because she cannot handle the sunlight. Other side, Ajay Devgn bowled the cops over with his conscientiousness and had the tinted film removed immediately. Now the latest to join the bandwagon is Salman Khan, who was on his way to South Mumbai in his high-end vehicle. As per the reports, “The traffic cops stopped the vehicle at the Worli exit for the light tinted film. But once they spotted Salman Khan in it, the sombre mood immediately changed and the actor was greeted with a wide smile. The cops reportedly took pictures with the star on their mobile phones. The cops allegedly let off Salman with a light warning.”

Shah Rukh Khan, who outshined all at the Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA), said recently that his upcoming film Chennai Express by Rohit Shetty is an all rounder film. He said it is a comedy, action and entertainment packed project different from the intense and serious films he has done in the recent past.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s much awaited concert Shah Rukh Khan & Friends: Temptation Reloaded Live in Malaysia 2013 has been re-scheduled. It was slated for 11 October, 2013, but now due to some logistic and security issues following US President Barrack Obama’s visit on the 10th and 11th October in Malaysia, it has been postponed till next year. Further, the visit of Obama has also get cancelled.  Concert organizing spokesperson, O. Kumaraguru, said, “We have postponed and the decision will not be pulled back.” Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak also announced that Obama has postponed his visit due to the temporary US government shutdown. Kumaraguru explained, “If Obama had announced his delay earlier, perhaps the concert could have taken place on the fixed date. The Shah Rukh Khan & Friends concert is now scheduled to take place before April 2014 and the exact date is expected to be announced by the end of this month.”According to the statement, this (postponement) was due to security reasons, which was brought up following the date of the president’s visit to Malaysia being close to the date of the concert. The statement explains that Obama’s visit also raised logistic issues, which may affect the concert.Concert organizers further expressed their regret over the postponement and stated that who had purchased the ticket can get their refund.

Aamir Khan, who got on the bike for scenes, in his big hit, Ghulam, which was released some years ago, gets on the bike once again for his next release, Dhoom 3. Vikram Bhatt’s Ghulam went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters of that year.While Aamir was seen riding a light weighing bike in Ghulam, the actor will now be seen riding a heavier bike in his big film, Dhoom 3. It is a high end, stylish BMW bike. The actor will be performing breath taking stunts on the bike in the film. Aamir went through special training to perform the stunts on the bike.Also there were safety measures that had to be taken before shooting the stunts on the bike. Dhoom 3 is slated to release on 20th December.

At the moment B-town actor Sanjay Dutt is enjoying his time with family as he is on furlough for 14 days from Yerwada Central Prison. However, it is learnt that due to health reasons he is seeking an extension of 14 more days.He has already written an application and the decision would be out today and it will be taken by the Mumbai police, a senior officer from the prison department said. For those unaware, Dutt is facing 42-month sentence under the Arms Act in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case.However, he came out of prison on furlough by the state prisons department on October 1. Now his leave period ends on October 15, and he is expected to surrender on October 16 as furlough excludes the period of travel.Meanwhile, not only Dutt, but every prisoner has the right to seek extension of leave for two weeks, however, one must mention ailment reason in the application, as only then will it be considered a police report is sought afresh. Also going by the manual, only one extension can be granted. Sources from Yerwada jail said that they have received the actor’s application. "Dutt has also attached medical certificates with the application. We have asked for a report from police. We expect it by Monday. We will decide after we get it," the officer said.Let’s wait for the decision to come out today!

It seems Life OK’s mythological show Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, which stars TV heartthrob Mohit Raina as Lord Shiva, has lost its charm. Earlier it was reported that the channel is not getting good TRPs from the show and now it is said that its actors are quitting the show.Puja Banerjee who portrays the role of Lord Parvati is said to have quit the show owning some health issues. Interestingly, Puja was featured in the show after replacing popular actress Sonarika Bhadoria. She played the character for four months only. But unlike Sonarika, who was shown the door citing some payment issues, the actress herself has decided to quit the show.According to the close sources of the actress it is get to know that Puja couldn’t manage to overcome from her health issues and dedicate her time to the show. “Puja has been complaining about health issues for some time. The schedule is physically exhausting for her. She conveyed the problem to the production house and they released her. Her notice period ends in January, next year. The channel tried its best to convince her, but in vain,” sources said.Now, the team of Devon Ke Dev Mahadev is looking for the replacement of Puja Banerjee. Buzz doing around the telly world has that popular actor Shantanu Maheshwari aka Sham of popular show Dil Dostii Dance (Cinevistaas Productions) on Channel V has decided to quit the show. However, the young actor stabbed the report saying he is going nowhere and will stick to the show till its end.According to the sources, “The creative head of the show, Palki Malhotra with whom Shantanu shares a very close relation was shown the door, allegedly because of her affinity towards him. With co-actors Shakti Mohan and Kunwar Amar supposedly not liking the importance Shantanu was showered in terms of screen time, and complaining to the channel about the same, the lanky guy was left alone when his dear friend Palki, bid farewell to the show.”It was also buzzed that Shantanu spreading news that he too has decided to close the D3 chapter from his book, when his sole pillar of support is no more with him in it. It is said to be the reason Shantanu walking out of the show.  However, Shantanu come out rubbishing all the rumors saying, “I really don’t want to give any reasons to all these rumours, but would just want to tell my fans that I am not quitting D3. I am very much a part of it, so they need not get anxious.”This must be a relief for the fans of Shantanu.

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is one such actor who has high regard for his female actresses, and it was only few months’ back that he announced that his name would be preceded by his heroine's name in his films. And it started with Deepika Padukone, with whom he starred in Chennai Express.On his part, SRK feels that the decision was no big deal. He was speaking at NDTV-Vedanta's Our Girls, Our Pride fundraising telethon. As a believer in ‘ladies first’, SRK didn’t think that it was that big a gesture. He said, "I don't think it's a huge gesture. When I started out, I had some really wonderful ladies like Madhuri, Juhi and Sridevi helping me out with my work and as the years passed they started giving me star status and it became very embarrassing. So I decided to put my name at the end and the lady's before mine."SRK was speaking to telethon co-hosts Priyanka Chopra and Vikram Chandra via satellite from Dubai. He was also upset with the fact that in India female foeticide still exists. "It is an extremely unfortunate thought process. The film which is going to mark the collaboration of Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor, Badtameez Dil, was slated for September to kick start it’s shooting. However, the much anticipated project sees a delay in shooting and will go on floor next year.Apparently, KJo and Ekta’s loss has become Kunal Deshmukh’s gain, as now he can start shooting of his upcoming film Shaatir along with Emraan Hashmi, who is now free from his dates to Badtameez Dil.   “Emraan was gearing up to shoot for Badtameez Dil but due to certain circumstances; the film is not starting as planned in the end of September. This left Emraan free,” conformed sources.

The superstar is set to kick-start his world tour, Access All Areas, on December 1 at the 25,000-capacity Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Hollywood actor Liam Hemsworth, who was recently in news for his split with controversial girlfriend Miley Cyrus, is said to have hurt his finger in a bid to make an impression on fans by playing a daring game of Five Finger Fillet in front of them.All set to be seen in upcoming film The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Hemsworth, 23, was participating in a press show when he by chance struck his finger while playing the game in which a player places his palm down, spreads his fingers and attempts to stab in between the spaces with a sharp object.Not only that he ended up hurting his finger, but in the process he also damaged a $10,000 table. While about the incident on the chat show, Hemsworth said, "It was the first stop we did on The Hunger Games press tour and I wanted to impress everyone and I'd had a couple of drinks. I missed a little bit on the little pinky - see the black dot? Apparently it was a $10,000 table as well that I ruined." Speaking about the same, Hemsworth said that he always believed that he can’t ever go wrong in this game, as he has been playing it since long. "I used to do it a lot in science class when I was in high school - I didn't love science class. So I'd sit there in this class and use my pen to do this. You start with a pen and work your way up to a knife," said Hemsworth.

Actress Vishakha Singh is now a known name in Bollywood after doing films like Fukrey, Bajatey Raho and Ankur Arora Murder Case. Latest it is learnt that she is ready to do more films as she has signed on few more projects.Her upcoming films, however, are in different languages. “These are The Maya Tape (Hindi), Thurram (Telugu), The Motorcycle Diaries (Malayalam) and Valeeba Raj (Tamil),” informs a source. But one thing that comes to notice is that despite being a Punjabi, she has not acted in one yet. Still, she has many language films in South, where she will be playing a lead role. “Doing four films at a time in itself is a big deal but considering that she is a Punjabi from Delhi, doing four film and that too in different languages is really something special,” says a close associate of the actress.“The Maya Tape, in which she is playing a reporter, sees her along with Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The horror thriller is being readied for release before year end while the other three would arrive in 2014. Moreover, she is also in talks to do more Hindi films, announcement of which would be made soon,” adds a source.Says Vishakha, “Yes, I am doing a lot of regional films. I realise that one should be constantly working. Moreover, South industry pays you much more as well so it is a good reason to be doing films there too.”Hope you achieve success with these films!
