After giving back-to-back hits in the form of Raanjhanaa and Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Sonam Kapoor has become choosy when it comes to films, and is taking time before giving nod to any director. As of now she is busy preparing herself for Khubsoorat remake.With the Khubsoorat remake, which stars Sonam Kapoor reprising the role of Rekha, the actress is going to come out of all the boundaries, as she will be seen donning a bikini in the film. Even though the film would be a remake of Hrishikesh Mukherjee's 1980 classic by same name, it is going to be a modern version. We saw Rekha don sarees and flaunted pigtails back then, the remake will see Sonam in a glamorous avatar.Now we know that Sonam has time and again said that she is looking forward to don a bikini in her film, it is learnt that it will happen with Khubsoorat remake, where Sonam will get into the beach wear. Produced by her sister Rhea Kapoor, Khubsoorat will be a contemporary take on the subject.The actress is at present, busy working out to attain a bikini body. Apart from following a strict diet, she is also frequent in the gym, and besides weight training also doing Pilates. "Sonam's trainer has charted out a unique regime, she eats small portions every two hours and she has been told not to consume any carbohydrates after lunch. Sonam wants to approach this in a healthy way. So, she is not starving herself but meticulously eating right to get the perfect swimsuit figure," said one of Sonam's friends.The remake would be shot in Rajasthan, and is expected to hit theatres later next year.

While most celebrities complain of not being able to enjoy their private life due to media scrutiny, actress Ileana D’Cruz is perfectly fine with it, and she is glad that she can go shopping without getting mobbed. Last seen in Phata Poster Nikhla Hero, Ileana is having fun with her freedom."People don't recognise me, so I can shop like any girl," she says. In fact she says it with big smile on her face, and there is no dejection that even after giving two back-to-back hits, she doesn’t enjoy huge fan following. May be it has to do with her being a private person."I am a very private person, I don't open up easily to people, I take some time. Unless I really trust somebody I can't start a conversation. Maybe if I slowly and gradually know a person that I open up. I am incredibly emotional and sensitive," says Ileana D'Cruz.She further adds, "Possibly because I am in a new place and hence I prefer keeping to myself. When I was doing my first film Barfi I was very nervous and I was working with two other actors who were established and I didn't have much to say. So that also could be the reason why I didn't speak much." And what about the rumours of her throwing tantrums and being arrogant? "There is no element of truth in it."In Phata Poster Nikhla Hero, she was seen opposite Shahid Kapoor!

Bollywood actor Salman Khan has been involved in various charities during his career. He has started NGO called Being Human and says after achieving so much in his career it is time to give back through charities. He says he is certainly doing his bit.Salman’s Being Human Foundation sells clothes, merchandises online and in stores in Mumbai, Ludhiana and Ahmedabad. A huge percentage of the money that Salman earns through his films is donated to the foundation.The Dabangg star is now planning to open restaurants and hospitals in the next five to six months under the same initiative. He said, “It is not my business to get into restaurants, clothing etc. As an actor, you only have the habit of getting things most of the times. But there is always time to give back to the society and I am doing my bit.”The 47-year-old actor also added that a certain amount from Being Human also takes care of industry people like workers and technicians. “Friends from the film industry do help whenever they can. But I am not good at asking money. You ask and keep asking for money and those people run away from you, and you lose friends. If you like any of things that are available at our stores come and pick it up. A percentage from this goes back into the charity, so you are doing charity.” he explained.Salman, who endorse Suzuki Motorcycle in India, also joins his foundation Being Human to promote their new vehicle Suzuki Access. The new association is an extension of the already existing ties with Salman and Suzuki as the actor endorses the Japanese brand.

Upcoming film Khoobsurat will be a family entertainment that has Sonam Kapoor as its leading lady, Anil Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor as its producers. It would be produced by The Walt Disney Studios and proud father Anil said it is going to be a happy venture.“My daughters have grown up watching Disney movies, so it's exciting to see this collaboration. We have worked hard on the script and are sure the film will have universal appeal,” said Anil Kapoor, who is currently enthralling TV audience with his debut show 24 on Colors channel.Talking about the upcoming family production film, Khoobsurat has just gone on floors in Bikaner, Rajasthan. It revolves around Mili (Sonam), a vivacious girl who turns the lives of a royal family upside down. For the film, Sonam, who is known for his fashion has gone to adopt a de-glam look. About the film she said, “When you look at Walt Disney's life, his whole purpose was to entertain people and make them happy. And, in this film, Mili makes things happy and Khoobsurat.”Disney UTV’s Managing Director Siddharth Roy Kapur, further added, “The script is endearing and entertaining... it will be a fun experience for the whole family.”Khoobsurat will also see Kirron Kher, Ratna Pathak Shah and Aamir Raza Hussain and being directed and  written by ad-filmmaker Shashank Ghosh. It is scheduled to hit theatres in mid-2014.

Often business deals between two partners turn out to be bad affair, and we guess same is the case between Raj Kundra and Venky’s Balaji Rao. Lately, Kundra has been claiming that how Rao owes him several crores in sponsorship dues towards the fight league that Kundra co-founded with Sanjay Dutt.Even the two has been sending each other legal notices over the same, however, what comes to notice is that it was Dutt, who introduced Rao and Kundra to each other. And even when the two parties are fighting, Dutt and Rao remain to be best of friends. Even Rao has been sending home-cooked meals at Yerwada jail to Sanju of late.Guess, there is something more here that what meets the eyes. Meanwhile, between all this drama, Kundra has something good to celebrate as well, as the first look of his debut movie production Dishkiyaaoon with wife Shilpa Shetty, was released recently. It will be an action thriller which would star Harman Baweja and Sunny Deol.Recently the teaser poster of the movie was released, and it will be produced under the couple's home banner Essential Sports and Media Pvt Ltd. in association with Eros International, will also introduce newcomer Ayesha Khanna. Shilpa Shetty said, "We are very excited about our very first production. In keeping with our mission, this is a splendid script that will reach out to the large mainstream audience and it's our pleasure to be associated with Eros and its global distribution network." The film is scheduled to release Jan 10, 2014.

Ekta Kapoor’s long running TV show Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV has been grabbing attention post the big-fat generation leap. Ankita Lokhande, the protagonist is now seen playing double role and the storyline has been shifted to a completely new block. In the coming episodes, Ankita (Ankita Lokhande) will be seen taking a major decision of her life. To bring out her family from the financial crisis, she will get herself ready to marry her boss Naren (Karan Mehra), who suffers from a mental ailment. She sacrifies her life to make her siblings financially stable. According to the sources, “Archana's mother-in-law, Savita tai (Usha Nadkarni) and mother Sulochana (Savita Prabhune) will be seen inviting characters from various shows on the channel to attend the wedding. The wedding will be aired in an hour-and-a-half long shaadi-special maha episode, which is currently being shot.”Popular characters like, Zoya (Surbhi Jyoti) and Tanveer (Amrapali Gupta) of Qubool Hai Rachana (Mahima Makwana) of Sapne Suhaane Ladakpan Ke and Shivani (Mansi Shrivastava) of Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, will join the wedding bash and will see dancing at the sangeet ceremony.Sources added, “Kamla (Shilpa Shirodkar) and Vitthal (Mohit Dagga) of Ek Mutthi Asmaan, Shail (Vaishnavi Mahant) and Seema (Alka Mogha) of Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, Farhaan ( Vishal Nayak), Nikhat (Archana Taide) and Haseena (Nishi Singh) of Qubool Hai, Shruti (Gautami Kapoor) and Sanjay (Manav Gohil) of Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi will also be seen blessing the couple.”The drama in the wedding will toll high when Naren gets one of his occasional fits and this creates quite a stir among the guests. Being a Gujarati, Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi has all the traits of the community, and as the Navratri festival is on full-swing, he is also keen on getting into dandiya mode. He wants to pick up the dandiya sticks and dance his way out."I love dandiya. Being a Gujarati, dandiya is in my blood. During my college days, I was a champion in dandiya and used to win the first prize in it," Sharman said.Sharing past memories of the festival, he said, "During this time, you are allowed to go out even at night and play dandiya, besides you have girls in your groups too. This makes it the best time." His film Gang of Ghosts is a remake of the 2012 Bengali film Bhooter Bhabishyat, of which he says, "Gang... is a great concept, very unique and exceptional. Though it has an ensemble cast, I chose to be part of it as I have seen the original and was very impressed. I play the character that Sabyasachi Chakrabarty did in the Bengali version, that of a struggling writer. And this is the only character that has been changed slightly in the Hindi version while the other characters remain the same."Next he will be seen in Faraz Haider’s war comedy War Chhod Na Yaar, which also stars Jaaved Jaffrey, Soha Ali Khan and Sanjay Mishra. It will release on October 11.

Sajid Nadiadwala has roped in the talented actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, of Gangs of Wasseypur fame, for his upcoming film with Salman Khan, Kick. For the first time, Nawaz would play a powerful role in a out and out commercial film, Kick.There were news that floated media few months back about Randeep Hooda being signed on to play an important role in the movie Kick which is a remake of telugu money-spinner of the same name. The Telugu version had Ravi Tejaa, Ileana and Shaam in the lead roles. The film is about a man (Ravi Tejaa) who robs corrupt politician and business tycoons for the pleasure of his Kick, and a strict no nonsense police officer (Shaam) is assigned to nab him.It is reported that Sajid was keen to cast someone who will be able to perform dramatically. While details are kept under wrap on his character as it's suppose to be surprise but insiders say it's very powerful. According to the original version, only two characters are important in the whole film. The Con-Man and the Cop.Nawazuddin read the script and feel in love with the character. It is also the first time that Nawaz will be working with Sajid Nadiadwala as well as Salman Khan. Earlier to this, he had received a lot of accolades for his performance in Talaash and Lunchbox where he had dabbled into different characters. This would be Nawazuddin Siddiqui's first mainstream break. And that too opposite Salman Khan.
