Swara Bhaskar has become a big name in Bollywood after her role of Bindiya in successful Aanand L. Rai’s directorial Raanjhanaa. Needless to say she is enjoying the new-found success to the hilt, and is grateful that she is getting such opportunities to display her acting skills.

Everybody is talking about the latest controversy held in Bigg Boss 7 house between Tanisha Mukherjee and Kushal Tandon. Being a host of the show, Salman Khan took the charge to speak on the matter but what comes out from his mouth had surprised on and all. It was expected that Salman, who usually stay unbiased on the show, will be taking equal side of both the contestant but he seemed upset with Kushal’s behaviour bad towards Tanisha and lashed out on him.He gave an earful to Kushal for insulting Tanisha. “If you are thinking that you can clean your image, it's a misconception,” Salman told Kushal, and added he too had faced it and realised that one's mistakes are engraved on people's memories. “Because of this episode, this might be the last season for me,” he also said.Now, his reaction on the matter formed hullabaloo all over. There is a mixed reaction seen on the social networking site twitter where Salman Khan kept on updating about the substance. He took to twitter when his stand and the entire show was questioned by some of his followers. He tweeted: “@BeingSalmanKhan: The choice is yours if u wanna watch Bigg Boss or not. Sm times people do get carried away in fights, every 1 does n then they sort it out.”He explained his stance on the show, which is very close to his heart, saying: “l am only answering your question abt BB b cs u r following me .This is a game. It's on tv so I like to keep a check on it.”Salman come out clear that the man is not ready to accept any slight towards women's dignity, especially on his show. He made this point very lucidly when he tweeted: “U see 1 hour i see the whole deal. Guess sm of u guys may not react wen sm 1 speaks to your family ka female members or women in that manner. Most of men n women stand up against men who run em dwn if this is culture or not culture, it better b come.”What’s your verdict on the issue guys?

Veteran actress Madhuri Dixit is all set to make a return in acting with upcoming film Dedh Ishqiya. The trailer of the film released recently and the actress sis bagging applaud for all quarters for her look as well as act in the film, which is quite visible in the trailer.The film stars Madhuri, Naseeruddin Shah, Huma Qureshi and Arshad Warsi in lead roles, and the trailer of the movie came out online on Friday (November 8, 2013). For those unaware, in the movie, Madhuri will be seen playing a dancer, Begum Para, who is an attractive dangerous woman."Dr Nene (my husband) appreciated and complimented me that I am looking good in the poster and promos of the film," said Madhuri on Friday at Sanofi's diabetes awareness event. Not only her husband, l but even her kids are excited about her film. "My kids are always excited. If they see me somewhere in a photograph also, they say 'Mom, you are in this photograph'," she said.The film has been produced by Vishal Bhardwaj and directed by Abhishek Chaubey. The film is a sequel to the 2010 hit Ishqiya. It is based in a small town in Uttar Pradesh. Dedh Ishqiya is slated to release on January 10, 2014.

Sudha Mishra (Maasiji) who is a 67 years old, divorced and grumpy woman with enormous energy and the ability to live in the present has just come back to her home in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. She is a mother to a confused and angry young man who has given up a career in television direction and her divorced husband is a playboy in L.A .While she was away, Sumit, her niece’s fiancé was given the responsibility to take care of the house and was clearly instructed to feed the fish & water the plants. His marriage was hinging on this.At the end of the holiday when Sudha reaches her quaint house and starts it’s inspection with detective accuracy. Had the fish been fed? Had her plants been watered?  She reaches the alcove with her beloved crystal fish bowl and collection of money plants. Everything seems to be in order but is it? As she opens her bedroom door she is taken aback by a woman rushing past her.Sumit had thrown the helluva party for all his friends at Sudha's house and broken all the rules as instructed by her and also handed over the house to an eloping couple, who then handed it over to a miscreant property broker. The house is then taken over by a Haryanvi Jaat who is a cross dressing Kathak Dancer, followed by a tribal family from Mizoram.What ensues is a recap of the events that took place beginning from when Sudha left her house in Sumit’s hands. The mystery unravels almost as a game of Chinese Whisper. The film stars Dimple Kapadia, Manjot Singh, Anand Tiwari, Manu Rishi and others. It releases on December 13, 2013!

Bollywood is reeling with shock over the fallout between actor Sushant Singh Rajput filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor. It has been buzzing that former has refused to do latter’s film citing his date issues. Sushant was launched by Abhishek amidst full fanfare in commercially successful film Kai Po Che. The actor, later, went ahead to sign two major films, Shuddh Desi Romance (released with descent reviews) and Peekay (Aamir Khan’s ambitious project likely to release in next year).However, it is reported that Sushant has snubbed Abhishek, his mentor, for other projects. “Sushant stabbed his mentor by giving Aditya Chopra preference over him. And, even as we write, details of this guru-shishya estrangement are still tumbling out, said gossipmongers.A close friend of Abhishek said, “Abhishek was shocked when he heard that he would have to wait in queue for Sushant's dates. Gattu's ego was also hurt because he would have to deal with Sushant's management team (who work under Adi) for all things related to the boy who he had given a break.”Well, this is not the first time when actors broke out with their godfathers immediately after their debut. It’s widely reported that Shraddha Kapoor, who made her debut as a leading lady with Aditya Chopra's Luv Ka The End (in her acting debut, Teen Patti, she was one of the many newcomers), was shown the door by him after she signed Aashiqui 2.Model-turned-actress Puja Gupta fell out with producer Vashu Bhagnani after F.A.L.T.U. Apparently, they were not happy with her tantrums during the making of the film, so they swore not to work with her again.Bollywood people are unpredictable, we can only say!

If Sylvester Stallone-Arnold Schwarzenegger combination The Expendables 2 was Rowdy Rathore, Trust me Escape Plan is Ra.One and Trimurti of Hollywood. My first question is why this film is directed by Mikael Hafstrom. Mikael Hafstrom is a director who made some commendable Horror/Thrillers such as The Rite (Anthony Hopkins), Shanghai (John Cusack), Derailed and one of my favorite 1408 (John Cusack and Samuel L Jackson). 1408 still scares the hell out of me.Take a close look at the film Escape Plan's trailer and i promise you will know the entire plot of the movie. But a craziest fan of Arnie and Stallone (Like myself, Of course) you would like to watch the two biggest super action (Aging) stars on the screen.Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone), an expert of breaking out of federal maximum security prisons who is hoodwinked into testing a new privately run facility for people who should not be allowed out in the real world. In the allegedly escape-proof prison (Which was designed with references from Ray's book), known as The Tomb, he meets Rottmayer (Arnold Schwarzenegger -Appears exactly after 35 minutes of the Film). And together they plot their eventual liberation.Just when you start to feel Escape Plan can become Stallone's 90's Lock Up and Arnie's Terminator 2 (Both fantastic films of the stars respectively),The movie starts becoming easy and ill-logical. The Prison Doctor (Sam Neill) who gets so easily convinced by Ray (In hardly few seconds), and arranges the Helicopter along with Guns etc for their escape. Ray's partner's involvement with Warden Hobbs (Jim Caveizel). And of course the hopeless climax which will definitely make you think what went wrong with Arnie-Stallone's head while coming on board for this movie.Oh? Did i miss the "Muslim" inmate who helps both Arnold and Stallone in their Escape? Gosh! That was so Bollywoodish!Speaking of performances, Stallone is good but handicapped by a bad script. Arnold appears just how Jackie Shroff used to appear in films that were made after 2000. Stallone uses Arnold as a "Chai-Wala' in the whole film and Arnold looked very comfortable doing this part (I am still surprised). Sam Neill is another example of any Kiran Kumar's character from any Bollywood Film. Jim Caveizel is a wonderful talent wasted in this Multi Million dollar "Proposal". Now, Why do i call this one as a "Proposal"? Because, I heard somewhere that Hollywood and Bollywood make such kinds of film to lure the Audiences and fails miserably.Mikael Hafstrom, as I pointed out earlier is good at his Horror/Thriller works. He is not capable in making or executing an action flick which he proves with Escape Plan. The Production Value, Camera Work is good but doesn't help a Bad Script. The Screenplay and Editing is jerky and boring. If you (Still Dare To) see the film, There are lots of unanswered questions.Escape Plan does not even works for its Action, Because it does not have it. I will also not recommend you to rent the film on DVD or Blu Ray because such films are best on the Free Television Premiere which i guess will happen soon. I feel sorry for Heroes such as Arnold Schwarzenegger (Especially) and Sylvester Stallone!
