I bookmarked this site because it gives all the elements of design. It gives definitions and links to examples and resources. I also made this one my favorite because it explains all the elements and not just what we discussed this week as well as it a very easy site to use.

I wanted to find another site with a more in depth explanation and found one with totally new elements that can be used to improve layout and design. Most of these examples I have never heard of besides focal point and grid design, but you can never know too many new ways in order to improve your delivery, right?

This resource is sort of an aggregate of several resources. Each goes into and provides different perspectives of how typography can and is used. There is a lot of variance to each and I like all of the differentiation. (Week 11, 12/1)

This video consisted of many stats about how quickly new media has been evolving and expanding. I love this statistics format because it provides amazing facts that don't take much time for me to read and comprehend. This helped me to better understand where technology was, is, and where it's going. This also helped me understand some more facts about new media while keeping my full attention

This You Tube video gives a tutorial of rhythm and repetition. It is very helpful because it explains the different elements and how they are used in the image to create rhythm and repetition.

This is a really good site that provides lots of plug-ins that will help you not only to improve your WordPress blog but to make it more accessible to others. It gives yout alot of plug-ins that you can use to link the blog to Facebook or Twitter and also provides a couple of plugines that will let provide a link to social bookmarking sites (Diigo) to the blog. It also provides plug-ins to put picture and videos on your blog. Overall, if you want to use your wordpress blog beyond this class, this website gives your idea to make it more personal and one of a kind.

This is a neat office website help guide to using and setting grids in MW 2007. I found it pretty useful.

CONTRAST. This website also deals a lot with what contrast is but it mostly highlights why it's necessary for a format to have contrast in it. I like this website a lot and think that it's very straight to the point and concise with its purpose. 

Homework, WordPress: A more organizational approach to improving your WordPress, including a focus on the calendar feature, pre-publishing, custom statuses, editing and notifications. All of the changes directly relate to making the WordPress more easily accessible and easier to navigate. The focus is more-so on the functionality of the aesthetic than just the aesthetic itself, which makes the WordPress both easy to follow the flow of and interesting to look at.

This link gives the basic need to knows of email etiquette. It tells you how to compose various types of emails like business, anon, and casual.
