Psychologically it is said that we have many social scripts, in other words we do not act the same exact way around our parents as we do our boss or our friends. Companies that use social media are attempting to view how you live your life outside of work, how you act out that social script. But why should that matter? Regardless if you put pictures of Saturday night drinking it does not mean that this who you are in the office, they are two completely different script and for the general population they are unrelated.

I think employers should look at social media networks, people should always present themselves in a professional look, because there behaviors affect the company, on the clock or off

Unchecked greed and financial insanity on Wall Street crashed our economy. Much of that insanity was legal -- bankers lobbied hard for weak regulations, and got what they paid for. But much of that craziness was outright illegal, and in recent months, a number of shocking scams have come to light that could result in huge fines for banks or even put bankers behind bars.

Back in the 60's religion was something that was part of the teachers lesson plans along with bible reading. In todays world it is the exact opposite, teachers are being told not to discuss religion in their class rooms.

As smokers, we learn early on to put up a mental wall of denial between our smoking habit and the harsh reality of the damage we're inflicting on ourselves with every cigarette smoked. Naming your child after the "Messiah" should be a parents personal & religious freedom, but a Tennessee judge is forcing a mother to change her son's name to Martin. Religious freedom is for those who choose religion and those who oppose religion. How do we find a fair and equal balance for all.

Very interesting topic. I am religious and find this to be ridiculous. I understand the judge may find it to infringe on a person's religious beliefs, but come on, seriously?! I think a parent should be able to name their kid whatever they want.

A couple should be allowed to name their child whatever they want, the court should have no say in it. A name is not breaking any laws.

Arizona has tried many things to stop illegal immigrants from coming into Arizona. Some of these things have included adding more police power by the borders, and building a wall. But what we really need to be looking at is stopping the illegal immigrants from getting what they want when they finally get into the United States because then they will stop coming in.

This is Ted Cruz's plan to stop the flood of illegal immigrants crossing the Mexico/America border. He is going to build a wall that actually works and up the number of patrol agents. He is also going to hold the DHS to do their job and keep our borders secure and us safe.

I really do not believe it is immigrants who are making our country bad, what makes our country bad is the ignorance people throw out there with most believing that they "know" everything. I strongly believe that when some says immigrant, in any one's head they automatically think of Mexicans, when in fact its anyone who was not born in the U.S., Canadians, Arabians, Dominicans, etc,.

What would happen if the United States suddenly stopped building walls and instead flung open its borders, not unlike the European Union has done among the member countries of the common market? Conservatives malign the notion and liberals, even radical ones, haven't exactly embraced the "open borders" concept.
