The right to bear arms is in the constitution and how could the government change that in a good manner. I don't feel the problem is owning a gun, it it how people secure their guns at home. You can't have a gun at home and leave it accessable with children running around. We need to look at all the other causes of violence going into childrens heads like television and video games before we blame guns.

This article has given two individuals to present their arguments for and against the Healthcare Insurance Law. This is a list of rights and benefits same-sex marriages will received from tax and government benefits to medical and family benefits. At the end it also tells that this benefits are only for same-sex couples that live in certain states and how these do NOT apply to domestic partners or the civil union.

I found this website very helpful in the breakdown of benefits that same-sex couples are looking to gain through marriage. Which further added to my support of gay marriages.

This article is just simple stating the First Amendment of the Constitution. I posted it because alot of people now are unhappy with the way that the economy is going, but also do not excersize alot of there rights. They are not a contributing factor to making this country better.

Due to a West Virginia child who decided to refrain from the pledge due to his religious believes the mandatory pledge as been removed from schools nationwide. This family took this argument to the Supreme Court. The courts found that mandatory pledge went against two amendments. Since the court found that the pledge was not longer mandatory in schools children are able to make the decision to participate.
