They are not eligible for a visa, greencard, etc, but can renew their application every two years. This is considered to be a huge victory, but they want the same rights for their parents.

    The healthcare system should really be able to check the immigration status of patients, from experience it makes it uncomfortable for others in the hospital. We recently went into the hospital and it felt like a party was going on in labor and delivery waiting room when there was about 20 people in there screaming at a football game. No matter how many times the nurse went in, the noise did not go away at all.

    After reading this article, the number of undocumented illegals that come up is alot higher than I thought it would be. We have almost 12 million illegal immigrants living in this country and controlling that number has to start with the businesses.
