Discovery education is a great resource for teachers at any level. Their website offers a multitude of free resources for all grade levels and subjects. It also includes lesson plans and worksheets for teachers, and homework help for students and teachers.
Pinterst is a great social media site for teachers to use to find diy (do it yourself) teacher materials, classroom management techniques and various other great ideas to use in your classroom for your students. I would highly reccommend this social media site because it is very easy to save the ideas that you find interesting and to go back and revisit those ideas later on at any time.
OCPS Wordpress for teachers becomes a resource for students and parents as long as teachers create a website. Can also become a resource to other teachers.
BrainPop offers online subscription for students and teachers. It provides countless short videos on a variety of topics and provides a quiz at the end.

Power my Learning is a website dedicated to providing Teachers, Studenst and Parents with additional tech resources in all subjects and grade levels. You can watch videos, click on your grade level or subject area and find activities and games, and even read teacher blogs.
This site offers a wealth of information and many great resources for teachers interested in using digital media for storytelling and other activities. There are a number of very good, clear, screencast tutorials for teachers to use. Preview a few to see if you might be able to use them with your classes. I thought they were great for high school students, and they inspired me to think about creating my own screencasts for other tutorials! :-)

This is by far the best site the DOE has to offer. The curriculum maps are easy to design and there is a plethora of lesson plans for each standard for every grade level to work with. This is especially nice when you have little resources from your district!
