Facebook pages and groups allows for creation of interactive sites to help creative active learning environments. This site is better than others due to its ease of use as well as its common use as a social media tool.

Create online training tools and materials as well as follow-up sessions. This system facilitates sharing courses. You can upload existing presentations. Automates invites and tracks trainees' progress.

This web site provides a variety of templates and diagrams in pdf format that may be useful as supplemental materials.

This is a free site that lets you import images to create a slide show or a quiz along with an mp3 file to embed in your web page, wiki or blog. I tried this at a professional development development conference and found it to be extremely user friendly and a cinch to put together. I like how I can create a quiz with images and text on a screen to ask a question or make a comment.

This is a site that provides free templates to make interactive PowerPoints. The pre-training activity will need to demonstrate active and engagement. The PowerPoint templates will provide a service to complement the Microsoft PowerPoint programs already purchased.

I downloaded this free software for a trial version and experienced a dynamic way to create graphic organizers. It has stored images useful for most business or educational topics that can be included onto the concept map. I think this is by far the most creative way to make a concept map, although I think that its full capabilities would need to be purchased.

This is a good teacher resource to help organize thoughts for a problem based learning activity. I chose this site among others because it makes more sense to be consistent and clear about the task and then let the user decide what multimedia effect could be used to help design the solution.

Discovery Education holds large selection of videos and segments for streaming and classroom use.  Additionally, they house presentations, pictures and a plethora of resources for teachers and students.  Teachers can even create their own page with assignments and assessments for their students.

This system allows schools to purchase a pre-loaded system with educational content already included.  The system can also assist teachers in developing multimedia lesson plans for sharing, upload original content and share with the school community, manage live streams of digital TV , video cameras and internet, manage devices for the classroom and the school and engage students in desktop videoconferencing.

Users can follow along as she explains each process of using the program. I believe that this is a student-centered learning because one could do the steps as she is explaining them when following along. This video focuses on the cognitive ability of learners.

This Skype site which includes information regarding Skype, tutorials, features, subscriptions and various other ways that Skype can be used for personal and business ventures. Users can interact and navigate through site to see how Skype could be advantageous to their own lives. I would consider this a technology-centered learning because it is simply explaining Skype itself and is not letting users interact. This video focuses on cognitive ability of learners.

In this video produced by Verizon Wireless, viewers can watch how users can use their cell phone to Skype others. It discusses ways to call, video conference, and instant message using Skype mobile. I think that this multimedia was an example of student-centered learning because it was showing how individuals could use Skype on their phones. This video focuses on the cognitive ability of learners.
