Tag My Doc (Beta) is a time-saving web service that uses QR Codes to share documents. Tag My Doc has a basic free service (and a few paid plans) that enables you to share your documents in real time with anyone and everyone who is interested in it. It is a huge time-saver because it saves you from emailing people individually.

EduClipper is the latest in a string of Pinterest clones, true (See below), but Bellow's experience in education - in the classroom and with professional development - should give him a leg up in creating a tool that'll work in classrooms and that'll work for teachers. EduClipper lets you build clipboards into which you can post links, images, videos and documents and upload files to share with others. These clipboards can be private or public - that's a key dfferentiator between eduClipper and its competitors- clipped for one's self and/or shared to Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, Evernote, and Edmodo or via email.

If you go to https://docs.google.com/demo/, you can start editing a document, a spreadsheet or a drawing and share the links with other people, so you can collaborate in real-time. Google says that the documents are only available for 24 hours from the time they are created.

SearchTeam is a collaborative search engine. You start your research by creating a SearchSpace on a topic of interest. From within a SearchSpace, you can search the Web, videos, images, books and more. You can find and save only what you want while you are searching and throw away what you don't want or find irrelevant. You can automatically organize what you save, into folders of your choosing. Everything is automatically saved into your personal account, and you can return to your searches any time and continue from where you left before. What makes SearchTeam unique and valuable is that you can do your searches collaboratively with others you trust, such as friends, colleagues and family members. You can invite any set of people you trust to search with you from within a SearchSpace. An invitation is sent via email to those people you invite to join your search. When they enter your SearchSpace, they see exactly what you've found and saved so far. They can comment on or like your findings. Not sure if you have already seen this in the past, but this has been a lifesaver for me over the past 2 years. You upload a file, set the width, height, printing, downloading and privacy options and then copy the code the site generates for you. This then allows you to embed the code into any other website as HTML. Once embedded, you can zoom in and out, print and download. My favourite feature is the 'Full screen' button in the bottom right hand corner which enlarges the document so even the weariest of eyes can read it online. You should never really have to print them out at all. Running a Learning Management System means you want to be able to share documents, PDFs, etc but not necessarily have to download them and then open them. This has helped keep our parent community happy as it cuts out another two steps when accessing their newsletter online, and it has come in really handy for ePortfolios. With the release of the Ultranet in all Victorian schools, this type of tool will become even more valuable.

Embedit.in allows you to upload documents and gives you the embed code to put it into a website.
