very clear and great example for every stage of Tukman's model, and it showed if you success and overcome disadvantages in every step, it will lead your team to victory and team-work is really important especially in sports.

Well, this video clearly explains the different stages of Tuckman's model of group work in a more elaborate manner. It is easier to visualise how the different stages come about during a group discussion this way, rather than reading mere words or diagram in the notes. Good job for finding and sharing this video!

Really good example of Tuckman's model. In video all the stages are explained really well i.e., how the group comes together, conflicts start to take place, roles are allotted and the group starts working together towards their goal. However, the victory could not be achieved without a strong leader that actively addresses the conflicts, keep encouraging the team and maintain focus of the group on the goal.
