I though running is an simple exercise that all of us do easily. After reading this article i realized it is not simple as it looks. Every thing need a proper training and good consult. Writer him self said that the benefits of long distance running is outweigh it's risks. I believe most of common people did not know about this side of long distance running. I think we should be more aware of that because it just not only depend on your personal health it also about family history as the article says the risk also depend on your family medical history. This is very interesting article and I learned lot of thing i did not know before.

This is awesome. I never known that sugar effects us this way. I only new it's not good for our health because it cause diabetes and obesity. I always wonder why People never get tired of sweet things, I think now I understand. I like to share some facts I found out about sugar when I search about this subject. Number one is sugar ages our skin. They say too much sugar brakes down the collagen and elastin in our skin permanently and there is no way to heal that damage. Most important factor as a student is sugar reduces our brain DNF factor, which means our brain get stuck, unable to learn new things and our memory diminishes. As video says it can be addicted and it is no good for our health ether way.

I think it all depend on how we using the social media. It depend on us if we use it in correct way it will make less problems to us. As the article mention social media is not all ways bad influence. As an international student it really helps me to get touch with my friends and my family that makes me less home sick and gives me more confidence. However the bulling and all other bad stuff can not be accepted. What I like about this article is that it gives statistics and examples so I understand is easily and it is really interesting article to read.
