I currently do this every other week. I have specific tags for my classes that help me sort the posts, but I also have the students share their posts ( 1 or 2 per day) You could randomize by picking name cards or something similar. This gives them practice speaking casually in front of the class and gets them excited about sharing their cool posts on the big screen. They are required to have a minimum of 3 tags so you could just make a cool code for each assignment so it wouldn't get confused with every teacher in the world "week 1" tag. let me know how it goes.
