Zotero is an open-source program developed by George Mason University's Center for History and the New Media. You have to teach your students how to use it, but it is time well spent. They can create individual and group libraries, automatically create bibliographies and citations in CMS, MLA, APA, etc., and grow research skills. This site is amazing! You have to try it because I can't explain it well enough to do it justice. Super cool! A great resource for history/social studies classes or English Language Arts/Reading classes to put a book time period into perspective for students. Select a year and view videos from that year. You can select sports, video games, commercials, current events, television, movies, and music from that specific year. 

Create online multiple choice exercises with a video you ́ve selected from Youtube. Your quiz is hosted at ESLvideo and can be published online by using the embed code. You can also explore a bank of activities created by other teachers organized by levels.
