I think this is a great article. I think for a lot of elderly people the possibility of having their drivers license taken away makes them feel as if they just lost that piece of end independent living. I think that this situation is sort of a "hush hush" situation so I think it is great that people are talking out about it. Great find, the article it very well written and the topic alone is something to really just think about, I agree that children are becoming much more shy when it comes to asking questions and instead of being told there is no stupid question they just go on not understanding because they didn't want to ask someone a question that they had concerns about.

I found this article to be my favorite, in the article it lists 20 life skills not taught in school, from communication and thinking to learning how to build credit and get insurance. This made me really think how I didn't learn any of those skills that I use everyday now when I was in school. It even talks about how the bible, cooking, guns, and finding a job all play a big part in adult life.

This article breaks down the executive order signed by President Trump on banning refugees from middle eastern countries. It also talks about what we haven't found out about the order itself like if airports are complying with the order.

Immigration is a very sensitive topic in the current political climate. There are many benefits to this executive order, and many consequences. National Security is something that out-scopes us all in my opinion, but staying as close to the information power curve as possible with sound sources is a great place to start. I would however question the validity of the NYT (New York Times), only on the grounds of ill reporting. Following the presidential election, the NYT issued an apology for misreporting the polls during the election. I am of the opinion that when dealing with such an emotionally fueled topic, Primary Sources are the only sources that yield direct information. Perhaps you could have sited an administration member or even an analytical specialist assessing the direct executive order. In the end however, I am not the instructor. Great topic!

Hospital Billing procedures are so bizarre with their horrendous price variations. Identical procedure are being offered at a ridiculous price. Hospitals have raise their rates which is part of a negotiation with private health insurers and the government has been keeping it hushed.
