Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: the Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) arm of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), VADS Berhad, has signed an agreement with Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) through which, it will allow 10 local Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to control the VADS Cloud Enablement Program.
