    VADS Berhad is a department of Telekom Malaysia (TM) that is responsible for Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). This department has signed an agreement with Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) in order to promote 10 local Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and control the VADS Cloud Enablement Program. For that matter, the ISVs will be given up to RM 34, 000 in order to allow them to cover Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), subscription cost along with bandwidth, platforms, best practices, technical workshops and tools along with others.
