Wow could we really be entering a peace time ? I give it a week before we are back to fighting and supplying wars that are none of are bushiness.

I think that North Korea is bluffing because they dont have enough resources to fight a war. It would be suicide for them to attempt to attack the U.S or other countries in the United Nations.

I hope North Korea is bluffing, With their success in Nuclear Weaponry, you can only take them seriously because we're scared of WWIII or any other type of Nuclear Holocaust. They have the upper hand.

Mark should not be getting negative feedback from this picture. This is part of our history, and he may be getting the hate for this picture when he wasn't the one that posted it, but people should understand that this picture is part of history. Even though some may believe this is bad it shouldn't be taken like that.

President Trump had harsh words for one of his most fervent opponents during the pre-Super Bowl interview with Fox News's Bill O'Reilly that aired Sunday. Not President Vladimir Putin, mind you, whose alleged unpleasant habit of murdering journalists met with a shrug from the president. No, Trump lashed out at the nation's largest state, California.

Trump is stubborn, because of everything he wants to change on his terms states will start to rebel. He needs to learn to negotiate with others wants or the whole country will rebel and then it will be out of control.

There shouldn't be a war at all, i don't really see the point of why he is going to take California's money. Maybe he should cut down some of our military money. Take money from something that is a lot more wide ranged than California.

The victims who speak up about their stories are no longer in the military, while their assailants go unpunished, and sometimes even promoted.

It hurts to know that the people who risk their lives for us are being harmed in more ways than war. The men that children look up to are actually pigs that take advantage of women. Its heart-breaking to hear their stories, and while reading have to think about how she probably doesn't even have her job anymore.

This is disturbing on many levels. We need to do something about this problem. Pronto.

The only reason I am for the legalization of marijuana is because medical marijuana could help my mother. She has a severe nerve condition called trigeminal neuralgia. This is an inflammation if the main nerve in the face. There is research to suggest that medical marijuana could ease the suffering of people like her without all the health risks with what they use now as treatment. The current treatment is round the clock narcotics and this damages the liver. My mother already has liver damage so this could be a safer alternative.

I think Nebraska could be taking it a bit to far with going to court about it be I also think Colorado could be doing more to prevent this.

North Korea has always been an issue and I think they should keep an eye on them. We've almost always had issues with them it's hard to imagine being allies with them like that.

North Korea has always been a threat to the U.S. because of how unpredictable they can be. We have literally always had problems with them.

We should all know this is not going to happen. This is more of a state tantrum about wanting their state rights back. Personally I agree completely with the states that are doing this because the federal government is way past the boundary. The federal government is in place to protect us from others not are self's.

It was perpetual during the Articles of Confederation, the supreme court ruled that they have do not know if the constitution. By these, the Union was solemnly declared to 'be perpetual.' And when these Articles were found to be inadequate to the exigencies of the country, the Constitution was ordained 'to form a more perfect Union.' Now, if we look in history. plessy v. ferguson was a supreme court case that was overturned. This case can be overturned. Also, Jeremy, your understanding is correct on most of it. But from what the case as a whole states, under the Articles of Confederation, what you states is Valid. The Court ruled this with the usage of the Articles of Confederation. (Personally, do not think you should be able to do that, and that the courts ruling is a mistake.) Finally, I am simply stating the states have a right to secede if they want to, this is because the constitution, and not the articles of confederation, is vague about the idea of secession, applying the 10th amendment, the states should have a right to secede if they have a majority of people, unless we plan to be a hypocritical society that has already forced others to use the policy in which most people want to deny.

I think this in an interesting topic. The idea of states attempting to secede from the union is mind blowing. We know our government is faulty and far from flawless... but in comparison to others, we find it to be the strongest. We defend such a government, yet there are states that want to withdraw from it! I would actually like to look into this topic a little more, so I can understand all factors in the state's decisions!

If Ron Paul knew when to shut up he would have been president. Instead he makes a completely good point then keeps talking and it makes him sound crazy.

I think that a 16 page speech is a little much, even for a farewell speech. I do not think that it was very smart of him to bash on the government so much. The government is not at its best point but he is making it sound like it is the worst. Casey is right, Ron Paul did make a good point though.

It is important for schools to want and try to create a safe and learning environment for their students, and different students had different beliefs and ideas based on their own color and race.

I think that the school taking away this could of had an affect on how the kids reacted. If you think about it when someone tells you not to do something you have a slight urge to go against what they are saying. These kids probably wanted to do the same thing, maybe just because they wanted to get under their skin, not because they were standing up for what they believe in.

If North Korea would decide to attack us I feel that they'd be committing suicide. Our Nuclear Power is a lot stronger than that of North Korea. I feel we would destroy them.

This might cause a chain reaction or retaliation from the United states, maybe resulting in other countries getting involved. It would be a mess.

Why result in millions dead whats the cause? Its the little guy syndrome for North Korea. They have had threats for over 4 years towards us with nukes.
