As many as 500 migrants may have died Saturday when a large ship sank in the Mediterranean between Libya and Italy, the United Nations refugee agency announced Wednesday.

"Probably failing to plan for the day after what I think was the right thing to do in intervening in Libya," he said in a Fox News interview aired Sunday. This is not the first time in recent weeks he has talked about Libya and the NATO-led intervention which resulted in Gadhafi's death in October of that year, months after NATO first intervened.

Without naming him, Clinton told the American Israel Public Affairs Committee: "We need steady hands, not a president who says he's neutral on Monday, pro-Israel on Tuesday and who knows on Wednesday ... Israel's security is non-negotiable." She continued, "We can't be neutral when rockets rain down on residential neighborhoods, when civilians are stabbed in the street.
