del.icio.us import importing duplicates Delicious

    When I started with Diigo, I did the normal import of bookmarks from del.icio.us. I still have people posting to my del.icio.us account from theirs.

    If I import my del.icio.us bookmarks again, will I have hundreds of duplicates? Or is there a better way of keeping the two services in sync?

    No, you will not get duplicates.
    BTW, Delicious does't support posting to diigo:(. Maybe a better way is to invite those people to diigo?

    Thanks for reminding me about the del.icio.us -> diigo issue. I have invited the people who send me links in del.icio.us to Diigo, but .... leading a horse to water ....
