Hi hccen, I can't find a group command or batch command.
May be you should ...
0.select 100 from bottom(if your bookmarks are lot). 1.select 'no_tag' from My Tags 2.check which you want to give same tag. 3.select Edit from 'More Action...' pull down menu 4.copy & paste a proper tag
The closest thing to 'batch' editing that I've found is going to Edit Tags (the list of all tags) and renaming one tag to another.

Yes, "edit tag" is usefull feature. It is nice for correcting mistake or duplication. But, I guess Mr/Ms hcchen want to change "some of them". And, I guess Mr/Ms lenoxus has another problem.
How to give some of them a proper tag? (requires a group command or batch command)

I feel these operations are not so annoying.
Why don't you try substituting "no_tag" with "to_be_tagged_later"? :p
