Highlighting problem in Chrome 4 - 109 views

  Using Chrome on the dev channel (so version 4.0.223.11) and there's a problem with highlighting.
  
  I open the bookmarklet toolbar and select text on the page, and the popup displays my Highlight choices, as it should. But when I select either Highlight or Highlight and Sticky Note, it activates the highlighter tool instead of just highlighting the selected text.

  If the issue is what I think: it's not specific to Chrome, you'll find that some types of content can not be highlighted.
  
  Example: at http://planet.hackingcongress.org/ try to draw a single highlight comprising all of:
  
  * the heading Sunlight Labs
  * the subheading Adobe is Bad for Open Government
  * the text and images that follow, down to and including XML/JSON/whatever file.
  
  Andy, where do you see the issue? What URL?
