I restyled my recipe using a seperate style sheet.

I restyled my recipe for blueberry muffins, giving it a border, colorful headlines and some interest in the type style. I can't believe how difficult this all is!!

My attempt at creating a header for my previously created site about Pilates.

I added a horizontal menu bar to my site about Jamaica. The menu bar now links to outside sources with corresponding information.

I asked 2 questions related to Javascript.

At the 17:23 mark in the first video of the JavaScript module, I asked if Professor Halavais could clarify some text on the screen. However, the text may have been blurred out deliberately since the surrounding text is fuzzy but not as bad. Just don't want to miss any important steps!

Its interesting that javascript is fading off the design of html pages, yet it is becoming a key tool for flash programming...maybe javascript was just misplaced in the early development of the web.

I have (arguably) added some pizazz to my Stained Glass Cookies recipe. Don't forget to enjoy them with a frosty glass of milk!

A quick and easy way to resize your images for the web.

This is my rendering of the fibonacci sequence. I must admit that i had done this previously using javascript (when I was an undergrad, 4+yrs ago) and I would not let myself 'cheat' by researching other web sites. After sketching out the functionality and few tries I was able to get it, but I did have some difficulty with the formatting, for whatever reason, I could not get the '\n' to work, instead, i decided to echo a
tag.

Hmmm... close enough. 0 1 1 2 3 5 etc.

I updated my three page Web site to include a horizontal menu bar. I'm still trying to work on the spacing and not having the pictures overlap. It's trickier than I thought!

I found this site while searching for some CSS tips for Macs. I've only looked at the CSS section. It also has some tips on photoshop, java, and html.

This site is fantastic. I'm linking directly to the CSS reference page, but really the entire site is useful. It has HTML, Java, PHP, XML - everything! But in particular with this week's challenges, I found the CSS parts to be quite beneficial.

CSS tutorial that seems to be quite comprehensive.

We used W3Schools in ICM512 to learn XHTML. For CSS, they offer how/why use CSS, do-it-yourself tutorials, and mini quizzes. Should be very helpful in this module.
