Not sure if this will be useful in Module 1, but I've used this for adding Flash, ActionScript, and Photoshop content. Don't sleep on this site because they offer video tutorials that walk you through each step -- very helpful to "shadow" these instructors. -- A technical resource that provides easy-to-understand tutorials for Flash/ActionScript. I found this site while searching for some CSS tips for Macs. I've only looked at the CSS section. It also has some tips on photoshop, java, and html.

A quick and easy way to resize your images for the web.

Visualize the dice...I must say this challenge has given me the most grief since the class began. After about four days of trying and talking to classmates it has finally become a reality. This page has two die, that roll randomly. The Die are courtesy of Jen Rock and her excellent photoshop skills. Thanks to her and her refusal to do another challenge, this assignment has been completed.

Getting columnated is a little tricky for beginners like myself. In lecture 2-3: Columnated, I added a comment with a link to a site that lays out the fundamentals of the language used. I think this would be especially helpful to someone who aspires to be a web producer because a producer needs to speak in html and css language. Made a few comments regarding photoshop and other aspects to the 2-column layout. Long lecture, but helpful in understanding the layout neccessities.

One of the reasons why sometimes a webpage takes a lot of time to load all contents is because of the tremendous HTTP requests which most of the time happens if the webpage you are trying to view contains a big amount of images to display.
